The hotel location was perfect, on the main road, 5 minutes walking from galataport and very close to all the main tourist areas. I loved the hotel vibes, the size of the rooms, the cleanliness, the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. The amenities provided caters to all your personal and hygienic needs. The rooms are spacious and very bright exactly as per the images.

The tram passes in front of the hotel, which might be disturbing for some people, but it didn't bother me, actually. Secondly, the bathroom has glass doors (covered by automatic curtains) and is very exposed, which might not be practical if 2 people are staying in the same room,

Location is super. Staff are wonderful and professionals. They all speak English. Special thanks to Miss İrem at the reception who made every effort to ease our check-in process and make is smooth. Also to the young lady who escorted us to the room. The hotel is brand new and is beautifully designed. The view from room 3003 was amazing. Everyone one is so helpful and they make sure that your stay is so unique. They offered us a collection of tea mixes everyday to help us relax and sleep. The hotel is a walking distance from Galata Mall and tram station and many other attractions. There is a carrefoure too. Thank you to Mr Cengiz, Concierge Supervisor, who guided me to the nearest Exchange office.

Honestly the food was not great. Needs serious improvement. We ordered lunch but the chicken and pizza was not cooked well. And for breakfast there were missing items and I had to call and ask them to add it later. The price is too high compared to food quality and quantity. But you always have the option to dine outside.

Loved everything about the hotel, the comfort in the room was perfect. Every corner was well thought. Also the breakfast was very personalized. The staff named Hilal really took care of our food preferences during the breakfast. She was very patient with our specific needs as we were all vegetarian. Highly recommend this place. Location wise this place had the best connectivity with less crowd yet walking distance to Takshim square.

I had a plesant stay at Maestro hotel with my family.I never Stay: The check-in and Check-out process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My room furniture is classy I really love it . My room was clean and comfortable, The housekeeping staff did a good job (Special thanks to them) The location of the hotel is great and close to everything .

The soundproof 60 percent , If you are not a deep sleeper, do not request a room with a Bosphorus view. For me it was good and I enjoyed it. The price of breakfast per person was expensive for me, so I did not try it .

Beautiful property. Modern rooms. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They bring cute snacks. When I didn’t have extra cash for tip for room service I was told “That’s ok. I can tell you have a good heart.” He genuinely meant it and was not upset at all. They told us exactly how much a taxi should cost to the Grand Bazaar and back. When the taxi grossly overcharged us and I asked them whether the taxi driver had charged appropriately, they were so upset! They called the tourism police and had me give a report so I could get my money back and other travelers aren’t scammed in the future. They really advocate for their guests and tourists! I only stayed one night here but definitely would have spent more nights here. Recommend the Bosphorus river view.

The hospitality of the entire team was exceptional redefining it to a completely different level. Special recognition to Mustafa, front desk manager who was actually always available to assist around the clock. Concierge was also extremely attentive to details and extremely helpful. Breakfast is served in your room free of charge unlike any other hotel in turkey. Suites are neat, spacious and comfy providing a sense of home away from home.

As a frequent traveller to Istanbul, I have stayed in several hotels. No hotel can be compared to The Maestro. Every detail counts. Everyone working is very gentle, polite, always smiling, always ready to help and assist. The food is amazing, the room is super comfy, modern, clean. No worda can describe the luxury feeling you get here. I usually like to spend the whole day outside the hotel, but as comfrtable and luxurious this hotel is, it made me get up late and come back early to stay more in it. Mr Mustafa the manager is one of the nicest managers I have met. I wish I could remember the name of everyone who did assist me, but unfortunately i don’t. Every single person i met was super nice and helpful. Im definitely going to stay here every time.

The property is exceptional and equipped with all necessary amenities. The rooms are remarkable, featuring advanced technology, and the services rendered to us were outstanding. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a suite at no additional cost, as we desired a superior sea view from our executive room. Furthermore, I would like to extend my heartfelt regards to Mr. Cengiz Şentürk, the head of concierge at the hotel. His constant assistance made our trip exhilarating. He directed us towards the most attractive sites in Istanbul, including shopping malls and restaurants, and provided all services that we required. His support throughout our stay was invaluable and he managed everything flawlessly.

This hotel is a gem. The location is excellent with a short walk to dozens of good restaurants located on the boardwalk along the Bosphorus, and the metro is a few minutes walk. This area is very safe and comfortable to walk even at night. The rooms are well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfasts with a range of offerings from traditional Turkish breakfast, continental breakfast to full cooked English/American style breakfast.
