I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, just minutes away from most of the attractions. The room was nice and clean, the AC worked really well, the breakfast was delicious offering stunning views of Istanbul every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. Selçuk, Mert, and Mete, along with the entire team, deserve our highest praise for making our time in Istanbul truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return and experience this exceptional hospitality once again. :)

Great location - many cafes/restaurants around, the subway station is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel Beautiful view from the restaurant where breakfast is served (you will also get a nice view if you’re given a room on an upper floor). Breakfast is decent and delicious if you like Turkish breakfast (if you prefer a more European type of breakfast, you will miss toasts, pancakes, yogurt, porridge, cereals). Rooms are stylish, recently renovated and comfy. Staff is polite, helpful and easy to communicate with.

No hot water in the shower, particularly after 12pm. What you can expect most of the time is hardly lukewarm water, which makes it almost impossible to take a shower and not get cold. My wife had to wash her head in the sink because the water from the tap was a bit warmer than from the shower. There was no iron in the room, though the room facilities at Booking included an iron. It wasn’t a big problem because the reception delivered the iron after making a call but it was not convenient. No toilet brush. Windows are not properly sealed, so it may be cold in the winter. No central heating. The air conditioner has a heat mode but it quickly makes the room very stuffy.

Room was on first floor, right above a nightclub that was playing music until 1am. It seems like people were allowed to smoke in their rooms which sometimes meant we could smell cigarettes in our room. You can also smoke in the rooftop restaurant at night which is unpleasant.

Very nice and clean hotel. The location is great, and the room was modern and clean. Breakfast was good, with a beautiful view of the city. The WiFi worked well. Overall, it’s a great value for money.

The windows are not well insulated, so you can hear noise from outside, especially from the bars in the street. You can also feel air coming in through the window, which makes the room less comfortable. At times, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom pipes. Additionally, our double bed was actually two single mattresses placed next to each other, which created a gap in the middle and made it less comfortable for sleeping. Other than that, the room was overall very nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—situated between Taksim and the Bosphorus, both about a 10-minute walk away. The area around the hotel felt safe and lively, with some great spots to eat nearby. I especially recommend trying Cafe21 and Casius Antioch Kitchen Restaurant—both are just a short walk away and serve delicious food and drink. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast served on the 8th floor with a beautiful panoramic view of the city and the Bosphorus—a great way to start the day.

The walk to hotel does involve a fairly steep slope, it wasn’t too difficult and actually added a bit of charm to the neighborhood. Breakfast was moderate—not extraordinary, but decent enough to start the day.

The hotel itself was fantastic with good breakfast, brilliant room service and comfort, the breakfast room overlooks the most beautiful sights, the breakfast needs more options of breads and savory options to be a more fulfilling breakfast and the breakfast room needs to be available in the evenings for staying guests to sit and relax in as there is no lobby in the hotel and the only space to sit is outside on the 2 small tables that are for smoking guests but is always occupied with passing people and us not a clean space to sit

The location of the hotel is from galata port really uphill which is impossible to climb up so we had to get a taxi almost everyday the only place you can walk to is Taksim square and that takes a good 15 mins There was just one staff at the reception who was rude and obnoxious who let the other down as all the other staff are amazing I would say the rooms need some additions to make the stay easy A mirror in the room is essential but there is no hanging mirror and rhe only mirror is the one in the bathroom There also is no hanging options in the bathroom so the towels have to be hung over the door so the rooms would benefit with some hanging fixtures

This is the best hotel we stayed in our entire trip. Clean, comfortable, good service, tasty breakfast, good view, and the bathroom is good.

Location: While it's located in a very trendy and nice neighborhood in Beyoglu, however it's a little difficult to get around as it's in the middle of the hill and the nearest public transport is some distance away. You either need to walk up the hill going back hotel or leaving the hotel.

The hotel is perfect, with a marvelous view of the Bosphorus from the main restaurant.The staff is amazing-smiling and very helpful. The district is quiet and very cozy.

The hotel is in a district that is located on a hill and to get to it from the nearest transport, you have to climb streets and stairs.

The hotel has recently been renovated with great taste, is modern and looks like new. The view from the terrace where the breakfast room is served is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for those who like having bars and restaurants with a great atmosphere on their doorstep.

Breakfast has little choice and they don't have any juice available. Only coffee and tea are available on demand, any other drink has an extra cost, which is not understandable in this kind of boutique hotel. Just because the breakfast I don't give it a 10.

Hotel in walking distance of many good restaurants and tramway station that takes you to popular spots in the cities.

Not much shopping around, area gets rowdy with party goers on the weekend from Friday.
