Perfect location, amazingly quiet, comfortable room

The breakfast was basic to say the least. Omelette and croissants as a paid extra?! In Istanbul? Seriously?

I really love the staff. They are very helpful, especially Beytullah çapkan. They gave us what we asked for. In general it is good value for money.

The location was a bit far from public transportation. We needed to walk 600-700 meters to reach it. However, the streets were hilly, which made it tiring

The stay was a great value for the money we payed. It was near the pubs and city center, had a lot of public parking to choose from (payed for underground parking 35euro for 4 days). The beds were confortable ( an 8 from 10 ). Staff very friendly and helped me with any questions i had.

It s not that i did not like it, but it a more of a suggestion: i would like for the breakfast to be more diverse: same food every morning ... and since we stayed for 5 days it became a little too much.

The Location of the Hotel was very good. Perfect distance from the Taksim Square and Galata Tower. Few Grocery Stores and Restaurants did helped us in getting the food whenever we want

The Breakfast was not up to the mark, it could have been better, if better choices of food were selected. There was almost nothing for Asian Tourists

The location was ideal, and the streets were colorful and filled with wonderful ambience. The breakfast was really good as well. The staff was warm and very welcoming!

The layout of the room didn’t allow the AC to come into the double bed room, and thus we had to all sleep in the living room.

The property was amazing and clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was close to most historic buildings and a 5-minute walk to Galataport and Galata Tower.

It most likely wasn’t bad; however, the neighborhood was loud at night. You will hear the noise when the windows are open; otherwise, there are no problems.

This hotel was pretty good. The room was clean and very comfy. We really liked the view from the terrace from our room. Breakfast was very good, but there wasn’t enough free space at the hotel cafe.

In fact our check in went beastly due to an overnight flight. We had to wait 7 hours until we got our room keys.

We were at this hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel totally was perfect. Everything was great. It was very clean every day and very easy to go to markets around the hotel, just walking 1-2 minutes, there are a lot of stores. and very close to istiklal and taksim, walking 7 minutes. The thing we loved the most, was the breakfast. It had a very good variety every morning. The staff were so friendly and helpful the two ladies at receptionist were always with smile and helped us very much, specially the reception Zahra. Thank you very much for our good experience. I really recommend to stay at this hotel and definitely I will come next year. Thanks.

Nice location. Good size of rooms. Quite area even it is in the centre. Confi beds. Nice and friendly staff. Last floor rooms have nice balcony, patio which is very cozy. I enjoy again and is the third time i visit the same Hotel. Overal is a great place to stay

2 small elevators (2persons) which one was all days out of order. Not convenient for so many floors and rooms. Also i suggest for breakfast less thinks but better quality. Will upgreat the stay. Also the breakfast coffee machine terrible. The hotel has great coffee shop. Offer a nice coffee to the guests to start their day!!!

I stayed at this hotel with my parents and we had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, always pleasant, and ready to provide directions whenever I needed them (which is helpful in Istanbul).The place was immaculately clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—close enough to the hustle and bustle but far enough to avoid the noise. It was the perfect place. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!
