I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The management is top-notch, and the boss really goes the extra mile with thoughtful recommendations. It makes a huge difference when the staff is so friendly and genuinely welcoming—they made me feel right at home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest after a busy day. The location is also ideal, close to everything I needed, yet still quiet and peaceful. The hotel is spotless, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere. Honestly, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about—everything was just perfect!

Perfect location, amazingly quiet, comfortable room

The breakfast was basic to say the least. Omelette and croissants as a paid extra?! In Istanbul? Seriously?

I really love the staff. They are very helpful, especially Beytullah çapkan. They gave us what we asked for. In general it is good value for money.

The location was a bit far from public transportation. We needed to walk 600-700 meters to reach it. However, the streets were hilly, which made it tiring

The stay was a great value for the money we payed. It was near the pubs and city center, had a lot of public parking to choose from (payed for underground parking 35euro for 4 days). The beds were confortable ( an 8 from 10 ). Staff very friendly and helped me with any questions i had.

It s not that i did not like it, but it a more of a suggestion: i would like for the breakfast to be more diverse: same food every morning ... and since we stayed for 5 days it became a little too much.

The location was ideal, and the streets were colorful and filled with wonderful ambience. The breakfast was really good as well. The staff was warm and very welcoming!

The layout of the room didn’t allow the AC to come into the double bed room, and thus we had to all sleep in the living room.

The Location of the Hotel was very good. Perfect distance from the Taksim Square and Galata Tower. Few Grocery Stores and Restaurants did helped us in getting the food whenever we want

The Breakfast was not up to the mark, it could have been better, if better choices of food were selected. There was almost nothing for Asian Tourists

The property was amazing and clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was close to most historic buildings and a 5-minute walk to Galataport and Galata Tower.

It most likely wasn’t bad; however, the neighborhood was loud at night. You will hear the noise when the windows are open; otherwise, there are no problems.

The staff, Sahin, Duygu, Yunus and Ahmed were exceptionally helpful, professional and provided excellent customer service. I am especially impressed by Sahin’s help in providing helpful recommendations for Turkish Hamim and SPA that help me Rejuvenate after 4 days Istanbul tours! I actually forgot my chain of keys in the hotel lobby of the SPA and Sahin went out of his way and brought them to me by renting a taxi! Absolute problem solver!! Duygu is also absolutely courteous and always treats you with smiles😀. They made Istanbul visit memorable!! I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Istanbul. It is very close to the popular Taksim Square in old parts of Istanbul.

Very small hotel, but clean and spacious rooms especially the family rooms, we had a double room: a room for parents and a room for children with 2 bathrooms, the beds are clean and comfortable, the staff very helpful especially the gentleman who works at night and who speaks a little Arabic. The breakfast is good and varied

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the famous Istiklal Street and close to Taksim, you still have to cross small alleys with a steep slope, we did not encounter any problem even when returning very late, a police station is located nearby

We were at this hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel totally was perfect. Everything was great. It was very clean every day and very easy to go to markets around the hotel, just walking 1-2 minutes, there are a lot of stores. and very close to istiklal and taksim, walking 7 minutes. The thing we loved the most, was the breakfast. It had a very good variety every morning. The staff were so friendly and helpful the two ladies at receptionist were always with smile and helped us very much, specially the reception Zahra. Thank you very much for our good experience. I really recommend to stay at this hotel and definitely I will come next year. Thanks.
