Everything was great. The location is excellent; it is very close to Istiklal Street while being situated in a very quiet place. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are bright and clean. I highly recommend guests to stay at Elegance Aparts Cihangir.

There was nothing that I disliked. The only recommendation I have for the hotel administration is regarding the kitchenette equipment. While there were enough plates and silverware, there were no cooking pans/pots or cutting boards. Additionally, I would suggest equipping the kitchenette with tea bags, salt, and sugar. I'm confident that the hotel administration would provide guests with these items or a saucepan for cooking upon request. They might also consider adding a work desk in the room for guests who need to sit and work. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Prime location, nice apartments and super friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommended, especially for longer stays. The apartment had very basic but functional appliances and was perfect for two people.

Accessibility could be an issue, anyone with mobility issues should be mindful of the fact that the building is uphill and you might have to do a few flight of stairs. Not all apartments have a washing machine, so check that too if you need one.

Thanks to the people in this love establishments. It was a lovely stay. Note: The whole building have no elevator/lift. Not a big deal. If you are elderly or physically challenged, need to inform front desk and take the room in basement or 1st/2nd level of the building. 1) Location Excellent. Walking distance to Taksim Square or even Galata Tower. Actually, my entire trip in Istanbul was on foot. Since the road in front of the hotel is tight, you might need to hurry up/down from your taxi. Pretty normal in that part of town. I guess they did not included 2 lane roads during town planning in 1400 AD. Haha. Safety. You will walk by a police station every time on your way from hotel to Taksim Square or Galata tower. Safe neighbourhood. 2) Staff. Excellent. I stayed in the 5th floor of the building. The handsome friendly guys will volunteer to take your luggage up during check in or luggage down during check out. Any questions, they will very eager to help you. Might even give u some cay during ur Q&A session. You can buy SIM card or arrange Taxi to Airport at the front desk. Oh.. Tour arrangements is available also. Of course all those extra payment. 3) Noise. It is a pretty quiet area during night. The nearest night club is located in some basement. So, the only loud noise you will get is when someone drove by at night time with their window down and speak max volume. Pretty normal sight. Not hotel fault. The windows have good sound isolation. 4) Room The one I got is with the laundry machine. The dryer is located at the basement. The water in the shower drain pretty slow. Read it in other people review. Not a big deal. Old building with old piping. Just don't spend 30 minutes in shower full blast. Got 2 hammam located near to this hotel if you want to do that. Room very clean. The lady cleaner did a good job. WiFi - good fast. Didn't try the aircond or the heater. The weather was cool and occasionally drizzling. Hmm. What else?

Great location, a nice little kitchen for cooking breakfast (they have restrictions on certain types of food to prepare for smell issues). The bed was comfortable and overall everything was pleasant..one of the main staff members invited me to have tea a couple of times, and they let me check in early as a result of a rainy day.

One thing that wasn't advertised on Booking is they have a very strict "no guest" policy which was somewhat annoying as I had a friend with an extended layover one morning and I had hoped to offer them a place to nap and have some breakfast, and a friend who lives on the Asiatic side who wanted to spend the weekend on the European side. I can understand if they didn't want you bringing random people in drunk at midnight, but I asked with advanced warning and they were just very weird about it. A great place to stay otherwise, but I found this frustrating and a little disappointing.

We were so happy with our initial stay that we extended our reservation, and the experience only got better. The staff's kindness is truly consistent. As an example of their thoughtful hospitality, when we renewed our booking, Önder moved us to an even more spacious room that included a desk—which was perfect for getting some work done—and a washing machine. It’s this consistent, genuine care from the team that makes this hotel stand out. For the price, the value we received was outstanding. They have earned our loyalty, and this will absolutely be our go-to place whenever we are in Istanbul.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's just a 15-minute walk from the Havabus Taksim stop, making it an affordable and convenient option for airport transfers. After an overnight flight, we arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m., fully expecting to only be able to drop off our luggage. However, the receptionist, Önder, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He allowed us to check in early so we could rest after our long journey. Since our reserved room wasn't ready yet, he graciously upgraded us to another available room at no extra cost. He also kindly assisted us with our luggage. Our room was excellent, featuring a balcony and a very effective air-conditioner. Although the hotel is in a vibrant neighborhood, it was impressively quiet at night, and we slept very well. Throughout our stay, the reception staff, particularly Önder and Muhammad Ali, were consistently attentive and welcoming. We noticed they provided the same high level of service to all guests. The hospitality here is truly top-notch, and they made our stay in Istanbul exceptional.

Great location in the heart of Cihangir. As far as I understand, when you book the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony, you don’t get to choose which side of the building you’ll be on. We got the side facing a narrow street, so there wasn’t much of a view (just an abandoned building across), but that was fine. We were allowed to check in very late and were kindly offered tea on arrival. Breakfast advice: Vasalisa 10 minutes away

Not a big deal, but a strange design choice: the room layout makes the TV useless. Carrying heavy luggage could be a hassle. «Deluxe» is a bit of an overstatement.

I stayed at Elegance Aparts Cihangir with my mom for six nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating—they promptly changed our room when I mentioned that my mom couldn’t manage the stairs. They also provided helpful information about the area, which we greatly appreciated. The room itself was spacious and cozy, with very comfortable beds and excellent heating, which kept us warm during our stay. The location is absolutely perfect—centrally located and just a short walk to Istiklal Street, as well as a variety of shops and restaurants. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Elegance Aparts Cihangir to anyone. I would absolutely stay here again!

The only small downside was that the kitchen wasn’t very well-equipped. Adding more utensils for cooking would make it even better.
