It is a very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. The price I paid is not usual for that part of the city as it is a central location that receives lots of tourists, so I was not expecting to see that level of cleanness, tidiness and comfort. And most importantly, they serve freshly brewed Turkish tea all day long for free to the guests of the hotel))

There is a hospital emergency enterance nearby. The vibe of that was a bit off, but there was not any noice at all, surprisingly.

I really liked the location close to Taksim and Istiklal, but also near Cihangir and Çukurcuma neighbourhoods with their nice places to eat and antique shops. The attention of all the personnel is super kind and always ready to help. The place was very clean and the double bed was super comfortable. Even though the room is small, especially the bathroom, it's more than enough for a solo traveler like myself, or a couple. My gratitude to Omar, Mert and the rest at the reception, and also Selamet and everyone in charge of cleaning.

If you are a light sleeper you may want to take precautions with earplugs because there might be late night or early hours activity in the hospital facing the hotel.

pros: a very nice location (next to cihangir area which i liked a lot, a lot of cafes/restaurants that were tourist friendly, also a lot of cats) room was clean, spacious and had big windows (that looked out to the hospital but that was ok) staff was nice very close to galataport (a very nice shopping/eating area by the sea) cons: this area is on a hill so you will have to go through that every day public transport is closeish (taksim metro very close BUT it makes more sense to take the tram and that one is kind of far away and downhill to get to the room you also have to climb a steep and narrow staircase (might have some problems eith luggage but staff offered to help!) the room itself is spacious but the bathroom isnt at all, if you are tall or bigger you will have problems! otherwise you will be fine in conclusion: i would recommend this place especially because of the location, but only for people that are more on the smaller side unless you arent bothered by tight spaces!

Location is amazing — right near everything you need. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and well-kept. It’s quiet at night, the beds are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi works well. Great value for money overall. Would definitely stay here again.

Room #4: The bathroom is very small — the toilet seat is just about 20 cm from the wall. If you’re over 180 cm tall, it’s worth checking whether this layout applies to all rooms or just Room #4. The stairs could also be tricky if you’re traveling with small children. None of these points affected my stay, but they’re worth noting if you’re considering this place.

Very central hotel, the room is very nice and similar to the photos. I was very comfortable during my stay. A big thank you to the friendly staff especially Omar: I appreciate your kindness. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a small hotel perfectly located. They have a great cafe that serves very tasty breakfast and drinks all day long, but you also have plethora of great restaurants around the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The best part of this hotel is all the employees who work there. Everyone is always trying to help you and make you feel at home. We asked them to organize the transportation to / from the airport and it was a seamless process. We loved everything about this place and will definitely come back. Disclaimer: no elevator in the hotel and a lot of stairs, and the place is on a steep street. So if you have difficulties climbing maybe think twice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! It’s very nice, comfortable and clean. Perfect location - so close to Taksim and Istiklal, and at the same time not so noisy at night like in other hotels in this area. The staff is amazing! Thank you, guys, for your hospitality and kind treatment!

Great comfy bed, very very nice and welcoming personnel at the reception. Great price and nice café on the entrance level of the hotel. Bathroom was very tiny but we expected it as we saw the other comments before so that was okay for us.

The really disappointing point was not to be able to let the bags at the rêve after we checked out. Other than that, it’s small details, but I would have liked to have water in the room, as well as a glass to put the toothbrushes for example. Also, the finitions of the bathroom are not amazing, but again, small detail. Overall a great stay there and recommend hotel !

Perfect hotel! Perfect location to explore Istanbul. Excellent value and team. You can book with no worries. The team is like family! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, wonderful energy and Cafe downstairs open at all hours. 24/7 front desk. I will definitely stay here next time. We loved everything! Make sure you manage your expectations about noise generally in Istanbul - it might be noisy at night, but that's part of the charm!

Clean, up do date design. Very friendly reception staff. I was on the top floor and had a small balcony, which was nice. Please note there are no lifts. The location is very central, so you have easy access to all sorts of things including cafes, supermarkets, hairdressers etc. It's like a 10 minute walk to the airport bus stop in Taksim. (The room and the bathroom were quite compact, but I'm not including this detail in the "what I didn't like" section, as it's not a real negative but more an observation. If you are mobility restricted, that may be an issue, but otherwise it's perfectly fine.) There's a cafe downstairs as part of the hotel, which is nice.
