The breakfast had a wide selection to choose from. The staff were absolutely welcoming and genuinely helpful all the time. Nothing was too much for them. The location of the hotel is quite close, a five minute walk, to the busy Caddesi street where you can find lots of places to eat, lots of stores to get souvenirs at reasonable prices, and plenty of stores for shopping as well.

I wish the balcony was slightly bigger to be able to accommodate 2 persons sitting outside at the same time. The balcony only has space for 1 chair ideally. I also did not like that the tour companies did not drop us back directly at the hotel. We did the Bosphorus lunch tour and the Bosphorus dinner cruise with two different companies. Both companies picked us up at the hotel, but after each tour they dropped us off very far from the hotel, and we had to find our way back to the hotel by ourselves. That was a bit daunting especially after the dinner cruise which was late at night, after midnight. We were expecting to be dropped back at the hotel where they picked us up.

Very good breakfast and very good location in the real center of the city with high standards of security! The staff was very helpful in everything. We were free to explore the real Istanbul.

The staff were very polite, kind, and helpful. Especially Parsa Moradi helped us a lot during the stay in many aspects. The woman doing the breakfast service was also very patient and friendly. The location and Wi-Fi quality are just perfect.

The breakfast was good but unfortunately you would see some old food from previous breakfast still showing up. The size of the room for two persons is very small. Could be one person room! There was no place for the luggage. The cleaning service can be improved as there was dirt under the beds and we did not get clean glasses and soap replacement after the service.

Very good location, near Taksim square and Istiklak Street, the street is very calm comparing to other noisy streets arounds. The room was large and clean and the bed very confortable with everyday 2 bottles of water and nescafe. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was very basic with few items and not very good quality and the same daily. And if you have your breakfast after half an hour of its opening many items will be missing. The channels of the Tv were not working

The hotel is located within 2 minutes walk to Istiklal Street and less then 5 minutes walk to taksim Square, the location is perfect, its in a quiet street yet close to taksim Square. Would like to thank all the staff for looking after us, specially Oguz who had smile ☺ on his face all the time we needed something. The rooms are brand new with very comfy beds and the bathrooms are modern and clean. Lovely breakfast with good variety for everyone. I would be staying here again next time I'm in Istanbul.

I had a really good time at this hotel. I was travelling alone, but I felt like I was home surrounded by good people. The chambermaids ensured my room was immaculate on a daily basis. I would like to thank all the staff members especially Mr. Balkir Oktay who was very friendly, kind, and helpful. He made the check-in process so smooth, and he also recommended very interesting local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cozy place.

The place was nice, the room was really very clean, tidy and comfortable, the bed was so relaxing and the staff was very kind and helpful. Furthermore, the breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel is new and very clean, the room is decent size for 1-2 people, very clean and cosy. breakfast is basic but tasty and fresh. WIFI in the room was perfect. very important. i would like to say thank you to the hotel Manager`s Mr. Oktay and Sera for well hospitality and great service. The hotel is located in a prime location, walking distance to the main shopping street, metro and all public transportations. So many shops and supermarkets around. Definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you
