Stayed nine nights and it was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is very good for people who like shopping and food. Breakfast was pretty good, very good coffee. We bought ourselves an upgrade to their suite executive and I would really recommend it for anyone who want a luxury or just comfortable vacation. It has bubble bath, hamam and a nice relaxing balcony. You have a lot of space so it's perfect for anyone who wants to stay a few nights. If you need help regarding touristic stuff the people in the reception will offer you great help. Police station is also right next to the hotel so it feels super safe. We liked this hotel so much we already booked another 11 nights in October, can't wait to visit again!

Excellent staff, great location but still in quiet street, lot's of restaurants around the corner, delicious breakfast especially the daily treats, daily room cleaning and free water bottles, airco, minibar, hot shower, beautiful view from the rooftop, free mocktail in sisterhotel around the corner (which can also be used for breakfast), 15min walk from Taxim metro station.

We found the bed too firm, and would suggest the introduction of information boards at breakfast detailing the dishes and their ingredients. For instance, many dishes in Turkey are prepared with nuts, which is crucial to know if you have a nut allergy.

Ayramin Hotel = 2nd Home in Istanbul Outstanding location, excellent staff, comfortable rooms. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Istanbul. Reception staff Murat, Mustafa, Ahmet, Berke, and Sarkeci all are on toes to help you out for anything anytime. They will go beyond their duties to help you. Awesome service by other staff as well. I don't remember their names. We stayed there for 4 nights with young kids, and every time when we come back from outside, they took our bags and stroller. You can keep your luggage at the hotel after checkout for days. Breakfast is excellent, and if you want to enjoy the bosphorus view , you can have breakfast in their another hotel Ayramin Exclusive on the next street. They guide you on how to save money in travelling, where to buy a cheap sim card, how to travel to different locations in public transport, where to eat and where to visit. You can enjoy free tea and coffee 24/7 and can also relax in the garden cafe. We stayed in the family room with the kitchenette, having all essential accessories. Do stay in Ayramin, and you will never regret it.

Nothing , everything was perfect.

An amazing hotel in the heart of Istanbul, still quiet and peaceful. First and foremost, we’d like to thank all the friendliest staff of the hotel, who were always ready to help and who made us feel at home! A special thank you to Ayhan and Bahar, who even speaks Russian which was a pleasant surprise for us. My mother had a birthday during our stay and Bahar organised ballons, fruits and a cake as a compliment from the hotel to make her special day memorable. All the attention from the staff was very touching and meant a lot to us. As for the room, it was big enough with a spacious bathroom and hamam, in which we enjoyed relaxing in the evening. The housekeeping service was great: the room was always clean with fresh towels and new bottles of water every day. We also had breakfast included, which surprised us with a huge variety of dishes, including both local and European cuisine. Any kind of coffee, simits, other pastry and, of course, Turkish tea were always a perfect ending to our meals. The hotel is very cosy with lots of pot plants. There is even a small green courtyard, where you can drink tea/coffee and chill. We will certainly come back and, of course, will recommend this hotel to all our friends and relatives!

There is only one disadvantage — you don’t want to leave 😄

Location is great, modern style, the finishing , the cleanliness, the turkish hamam is fantastic and the garden area.

The reception and waiting areas is too small. Not much varieties for the breakfast buffet and the restaurant is a bit small.

The room we stayed in was great, the decoration was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was also great having some supplies by the hotel in case we forgot (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton swabs etc). The room was very clean from the beginning but in addition everyday when we were out, the staff would come in and clean whatever needed to be cleaned. The room also had water, tea and coffee such as a water boiler to please yourself making any of the giving brews you wanted. We’ve paid for breakfast too, which was the best decision because the breakfast they provide is the best thing we had ever tasted! The variety was crazy and everything was delicious! The hotel in general was very pretty and well decorated, fully renovated with a well functional elevator (really vital for such a tall building with that many floors). About the people that work there, nothing I will say is enough to describe the excellent service they provide. Everyone is too kind and willing, trying to make your time there, and your holidays a memorable moment. They were very active if we needed any help or recommendations about the city, one of the employees at the reception even gave us his personal mass transit card to facilitate our movement in the city! We would recommend Ayramin hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul without a second thought!

We liked a lot the staff & send our regards to them: BUSRA, MUSA, DENIZ, AHMET, SERKAN, MUSTAFA, MURAT, EMIRHAN, CENK, ELIF, EMINE, MELISA The hotel is pretty clean and the rooms are well-organized. The Tea & Coffee are always available for free & most of the time we bought sweets from outside and have it and the hotel’s garden (small back yard covered with green plants) with free tea/coffee/herbs. The hotel is located at the heart of ISTEKLAL street & pretty close to the TAKSIM square (5 minutes walk). Our overall opinion about the Ayramin hotel is quite positive & recommend it to whoever wants to have a pleasant time at the heart of the European part of Istanbul. Looking forward to our next stay at Ayramin.

I had a wonderful stay at Ayramin Deluxe Hotel, especially due to its excellent location. It is tucked away in a quiet side street, yet just a short walk from Istiklal Caddesi and several public transport stops. From here, I could easily explore the Galata Tower and Karaköy on foot, while buses and trams provided quick access to the city’s main attractions. Restaurants, bars, and shops are also conveniently nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I was especially grateful for the early check-in they arranged for me. My room was fantastic, and the private hammam was definitely a highlight—well worth experiencing! I didn’t book breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would still recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location, great amenities, and excellent service!

The only small downside was that a few minor repairs could improve the overall comfort. For example, the towel rack was a bit loose, one side of the shower door handle was missing, and some silicone seals could use refreshing. However, these are easy fixes that would quickly enhance both the look and functionality of the room.

Staff at front desk and lobby and room services were all great and friendly. Each of them made us feel so welcome and in home. Ayhan Dundar was specially helpful. Rooms are really nice. Location excellent
