The room was modern, clean and everything was in working order. Also liked how helpful and friendly the staff was. I'm very particular about hotel room bathrooms and this one was very good and clean, with a shower that had enough space, no heating issues and no leakage after taking a shower.

The room was a bit cold since we visited during the winter, and the AC heating was not able to keep up, but it was not that bad. One other thing, and it's out of the hotel's hands, was the noise at night caused by music booming out of nearby clubs and cars passing with full blast music. Yet, this is understandable due to the hotel's prime location a few steps away from İstiklal street.

I had an amazing stay at the 21 Rooms Hotel in Istanbul! The hotel is incredibly clean, and the rooms are both elegant and comfortable. Its location in the heart of Taksim, right on Istiklal Street, was perfect and saved us so much time exploring the city's attractions. Being close to restaurants, shopping spots, and metro stations made everything so convenient. The breakfast was extraordinary, offering a great start to each day. I must also highlight the wonderful staff who made our stay truly special. They were always smiling, ready to give advice, and eager to help. I want to give a special thanks to Asya, Selen, and Burak for their warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul

The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was very clean, perfect for my stay, modern, right by taksim square. I thought the breakfast was really perfect too, Turkish breakfast with a lot included and perfect to start the day.

The only problem I had with the property is that it was quite loud. I understand it's loud because of its proximity to taksim, which has a lot of benefits too, but there is one specific bar outside that plays music until quite late. If noise doesn't bother you then maybe it won't be an issue. But that was my only issue, everything else was great - especially the staff!

Hotel 21 Rooms is in a fantastic spot, just steps from Istiklal Street, and easily reachable by car. The area feels safe, even for solo female travelers. The staff are very professional and welcoming—a special mention to Asia, who was absolutely amazing! The room was spotless, smelled great, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. It’s a great choice for a short stay, especially if location and friendly service are your priorities.

The room was very small—this was mentioned in the booking, but I didn’t pay attention during the reservation. It still might not suit everyone. It was also a bit noisy, though manageable. There’s no closet, so keep that in mind before booking. Breakfast was very basic, and while the room was cleaned initially, it wasn’t cleaned on the third day, which felt a bit odd. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was still positive and enjoyable.

The hotel staff were nice, caring, and friendly. The hotel's location is superb. The room was reasonably clean and tidy, and had the minimum required catering. Overall, I loved the hotel, staff, and the place, and in case of travelling to Istanbul again in the future, I will book a room there.

The only problem is the noisy traditional turkey restaurant right in front of the hotel, where loud music and singing were going on until about 4 am every night. Even tourists have to get some sleep and be ready for the next day!

We stayed for 1 night and the hotel provided us with everything we needed. It looks like it is a new hotel/has been refurbished recently so the facilities were very good. The room is not very big but has a big wardrobe that helps. The hotel and room were clean, breakfast was decent and the staff friendly.

Slightly noisy due to the location. We are not light sleepers so didn't have an issue but be mindful that you can hear noise from the bars outside.

The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. Excellent location. Convenient to metro, tram and very ideal for sightseeing. Place is surrounded by cafes, shops and safe for travelers even at night. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The receptionist was incredibly thoughtful and even surprised me with a cake on my birthday that added a personal touch to my stay.

Caution for light sleepers, it can be noisy at night during evening hours due to nearby bars. You should bring earplugs.

The hotel neighborhood is noisy at night due to night clubs and cafes around. but that was expected as it is in the heart of Istiqlal street, very crowded area. The room was a little bit small, but with excellent furniture.

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The receptionist who greeted me (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room itself was perfect—no complaints at all. It had everything I needed, including a cosy seating area, a fridge, and a small kitchenette. The hotel overall was clean and well-maintained. It's located just off a main street filled with shops and popular spots, so while the area is lively and can be a bit noisy, I actually enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. If you want to be right in the heart of the action, this is a great place to stay. I didn’t have high expectations before arriving, but I ended up really enjoying my stay. The room was more than spacious enough for a solo traveller, a couple, or even a small family. I would absolutely stay here again.
