Location is perfect, this hotel is close to the main street and Taksim Square. There is a laundromat next to this hotel (the machine has a detergent). Breakfast at this hotel was delicious every day, especially sweets. We highly recommend the Deluxe Room with Big Hammam, the room was clean, Hammam was fun and the bed was really comfortable. The price of the room is way too affordable thinking of the quality of this hotel. All staffs were really gentle. The owner is a very good person, and he really takes care of this hotel. He said "Good Journey starts from a good sleep and breakfast.", this hotel provides you the best sleep and breakfast as he says.

Just perfect. We are fully satisfied. There is nothing bad about this hotel. There are police stations around the main street, so this area is safe, I think.

It’s our second stay in this hotel and I can definitely say: - the stuff is excellent, starting from the reception finishing with cleaning ladies. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, kind and smiling. - great location If you want to be in the center (we have noticed that the hotel area keeps improving) - always clean rooms (cleaning every day)

- hammam isn’t really a hammam, but bath made in that style - seems like hammam rooms are smaller, doesn’t really fit two people, perfect for one (last time stayed in bath tub room and it was great) - noisy if you stay on the first floor But for the money you pay, everything is great, the stuff of the hotel makes it all great ❤️ Thank you

The staff were wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. Especially Tansel made us feel very at home, but all of the staff were lovely. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with small changes from day to day. Many typically Turkish foods, and with good vegetarian and vegan options. We also got soy milk upon request. the room was gorgeous, especially the bathtub. We loved the design in general, it was well put together and treated a pleasant atmosphere, we felt very at home. A comfortable bed, good shower and different lighting options were also nice. The location is also great, not in the touristy area, but Sultanahmet is easily reachable. And the nearby Istiklal Caddesi is a very lively street, perfect if you like to stroll late at night and still feel the buzz of people around, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants open. Overall certainly one of my favourite hotel experiences so far, would love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic – right in the heart of a charming tourist area, with everything you could possibly need just steps away. The staff were truly exceptional. A special shout-out to Hussein and Moussa, who were always available, incredibly friendly, and ready with great tips to make our trip even better. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent – yes, a little on the expensive side, but the quality, the stunning view over Istanbul, and the great live music make it worth it. Our room even had a large hammam, which we didn’t use because it was summer, but I can imagine how amazing it must be in winter! Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety, and the fact that it’s served until 11 a.m. is a real plus for late sleepers like us.

The room was a bit small for two large suitcases, and there was a slight smell of humidity, but honestly, these were very minor details. We spent most of our time exploring the city, and the overall experience was so positive that we would happily come back!

The hotel is located in a perfect location , in the middle of Istaklal Street ..in the lane opp Gap & Sephora shops..Close to everything. walking distance from all the attractions the area has to offer... but yet away from all the noise of an extremely busy main street. It's a small boutique hotel offering excellent customer service!! every employee I came across by at the hotel was polite, honest, and very helpful with a smile on their faces.. could have not asked for more.. We were two ladies and felt very safe. The hotel is lovely & clean. Our room was a standard room which had everything we needed: Comfy bed, Air conditioner, Tea & Coffee facilities , iron & ironboard, safe, hair dryer, toiletries, mini fridge, and bottles of water. The room is freshly decorated with tasteful furniture and a high ceiling. It was cleaned every day and fresh towels, too. The bathroom was clean with a very good shower! Breakfast is on the sixth floor with lovely views..again the stuff was brilliant. You won't regret staying here. We will definitely stay Here again!!

If I have to pick something which is more a suggestion, then criticism is that I would like to see some of the breakfast items labelled..sometimes I could not guess what dish it was because it had traditional dishes too and I wasn't sure what they were. Again, the breakfast staff were wonderful and very helpful, and everything was perfectly clean. The view from our room was not that great, but we did not come to Istanbul to stay in the room all day and look out the window.. IT didn't bother us at all.

First of all, the staff was outstandingly helpful - which is obviously a turkish standard! The location was just perfect - close to Taksim metro and all the buzz of the city. The breakfast was worth every penny as it was never dull and full of local food to explore and pamper. Maybe a small suggestion to do some description of the buffet? Also - the view of the city from both breakfast room and the great restaurant and rooftop bar were out-of-this-world! The room itself was convinient and cozy. The bathtube was a gem after long walking over the city. The pressure of the shower was superb too! Overall top experience and would stay again!

Only some minor things that did not impact much on overall great experience, but still - worth double checking. First of all - the cleaness of the bathroom - some visible stains and mold next to the shower. Also - the cosmetics used there had unappealing color that varied from radioactive green, blue to yellow. Not a fan of artificial coloring and its affect on the skin.

The welcome and advice we received from Huseyin was superb. He truly went above and beyond and nothing was too much for him. The hotel was perfectly located just of the main drag with loads of great shops and bars and restaurants. The Nevet cocktail bar and restaurant on the roof of the hotel were brilliant and views to match the service. The bed was great as was the bathroom.

The only issue is the Aircon could not go as cold as we would've liked, but that's because it's getting pretty warm in Istanbul at the moment. There was also a Muslim holiday, so everything was closed like the Grand Bazaar and spice market, etc. so keep an eye on your calendars.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome. Kudos to all! The room was very pretty, cozy, and clean. It's great to have both a bathtub and a shower. It's on the back street, but still safe as it's right next to a police station.

There is no hook for jackets/towels. There is not much space for your suitcases. It's of course not their fault, but Istiklal Street is very close so it can be loud in the evening/night (earplugs recommended;)).

first of all the management and the staff were so hospitable and helpful, secondly the place is clean located in a very good location, the room with Hamam is a must to try, it is all about Turkish experience

We arrived very early and were greeted by Gokhan, who stored our luggage and directed us to their sister hotel for refreshments until our room was ready. He made sure our stay was impeccable and we were always greeted with a smile. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning.. the location is right off Istiklal Street but still quiet enough to get a good night rest. We had the room with large private hamman which was very relaxing and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Our room was cleaned daily and the breakfast had a great variety and was different for everyday we stayed… The view from the 6th floor, where the restaurant is located is absolutely breathtaking and is definitely worth a visit! A big thank you to all the staff for making our time there so enjoyable. Also thank you for my husband’s birthday surprise, it was so unexpected and sweet. We will definitely be coming back!
