Very clean room and bathroom, there were all the necessary toiletries, amazing and incredibly helpful staff! I needed to print some documents and Marina literally walked me to an Internet cafe. Quite cheap, central location.

It was noisy at night and quite hot. I wanted to turn the AC on, but there was no duvet on the bed. Keep in mind there is a flight of stairs before the elevator.

The noise of the bars and clubs near the hotel, despite the fact that the room is equipped with a double paned window. I think that all hotels in this location have the same problem

Very kind and hospitable staff, they speak several languages so It was easy to communicate and there is always someone in the reception 24h. The hotel is very clean and in a very good location in the middle of Taksim and there are many markets, restaurants and cafes just near the hotel.

The noise from bars outside is a bit disturbing at night but it's something usual in Taksim.

 The hotel is so clean and comfortable. Amazing workers on reception. Fresh and new property that looks very nice! Clean facilities.

Keep in mind that you are at the bustling heart Istiklal, so some outside noise during the night is normal and not related to the hotel itself. It’s a perfect location and public transport is widely available. Excellent smiling staff, ready to help whenever you need it. Thanks for this awesome stay!

It’s a nice hotel with the best location.In the middle of everything.Just a few steps to the famous shopping Istiklal street and 2-3 min walk to Taksim square.Hotel is super clean and tidy .Room you can find with nice furniture and all the necessary things are provided.Amazing people on the reception are super helpful and they meet you with such positive vibes which makes your stay in Istanbul more remarkable.

Everything was cool there

Convenient location, clean room, and friendly staff, which I needed from 2 nights stay.

It was noisy. They put me in a room facing to bavk, but I was on 1st floor, so all that talking happened in the lobby was echoing to my room. The room was really small, and I struggled to open my big luggage and stand next to it.

Very good hotel, seems to be almost newly renovated. Stylish design, clean rooms. Especially would like to thank the Russian speaking lady at the reception who was really friendly and helpful!

Rooms might seem a little too small, but for us it was not an issue
