Location and price you all can see - unbeatable. Which you don’t see, all the staffs and owners are super nice. We wanted 2 extra pillows, we took coffee in the room and had dinner in the room- they helped in all cases. They even took our trolleys to first floor as the lift is only available from first floor. They did room service everyday and cleaning was really good. The area is pretty safe as close to Istikal. One small tip outside hotel topic, search for Vakif bank ATM as they provided the best exchange rate from EUR while cash withdrawal in TL.

Just couple of things apart from sounds through out the night from nearby bars and discos. Our toilet seat was broken- they didn’t fix it. The ventilation in the washroom was not super fine, we had to open the windows to get some fresh air- remember it was December month.

The staff is nice and helpful. Room is always clean. The breakfast is amazing. The price for 4 nights was perfect if you're looking for a place to sleep at night and eat breakfast in the morning. It's 1 min away to the middle of Istiklal street.

No elevator at GF. The staff will help you move your stuff but there are no facilities from ground to first floor

The free flow turkish tea and coffee and water throughout engire time is thr main highlight. Plus the breakfast. Staff are super helpful, empathized and friendly

Only thing is its written lift available but not from G floor to 1st floor. So my arthritis knee and ankle are really struggling to climb the stairs. The hotel is located in between bar street. Expect loud music at night time. Not suitable for light sleeper

Everything was perfect during my stay. The location is ideal, right in the heart of taksim, close to everything. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming at all times. The cleanliness was impeccable—both the room and the entire hotel were spotless. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect and it was close to everything you need. Extremely helpful staff and they helped us in every aspect and even they gave us the room straight away in the morning and the staff could speak English Arabic and Persian and there isn't any language barrier. Breakfast is simple but good.

Only furnitures are old but you can't expect more with that price.

Noisy at night from nightclub downstairs as expected from the reviews. Didn't affect us . The elevator started on the first floor and we didn't know it.

The hotel is an excellent value for money and it is in a tourist area. Staff are awesomely friendly and helpful no matter what specially a young man at the reception I think he was called Annus who would go beyond his norm of duty to assist.

The only recommendation is to get the hotel to send you the transport as the taxis from airport cannot locate it easy and we ended up walking with our luggage to get there from the main road which was a drag.

We staying here for 2 nights.This hotel location is strategic and nearby istiklal street. It's also easy to find food here. The staff was so good pick up us and take our luggage frm nearby street as our transport can't enter the road.

The sound frm nearby pubs and bars quite annoying.
