Good location. Cleaners were always great.

Tried the old 'bait and switch'. They put me in a shoebox room on arrival, nothing like pictured or described. I had to point out the differences in the booking and the room provided. They tried blaming it on booking.com telling me to contact the site. I said it's the fault of whoever listed the hotel, not booking.com. Also made out that as a solo traveller it shouldn't matter about the size of the room. I had seen other reviewers say the hotel tried the same thing and told them this as I scanned the TripAdvisor QR code in reception. Then miraculously another room became free even though I'd been told they were fully booked. The breakfast could have been better with more variety.

Location was perfect. It is located in the heart of Istanbul. I booked a family room, room size and cleanness were very good. Staff was also very helpful. It was good experience for me.

Breakfast was not at the 4* level compared to other 4* hotels located in Taxim area.

- Breakfast was really good. - Location was perfect, right next to Istiklal and Taksim square. - Yasin and Oguz at the Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and provided all the necessary information.

- Every night there was a lot of noise from the club next door. 10.00 pm to 4.00 am. Need good sound proofing on the windows. - Cleaning service lady opened the door twice on two different days even when 'Do Not Disturb' tag was on the door.

The location is great. Lots and lots of restaurants and shops around, there's even a shopping center near. Metro very near too. The staffs were very kind and helpful. The buffer breakfast was very nice. The room is spacious and clean. Housekeeping was always on point!

The only issue was that the road where the hotel is situated is closed from 9am to 11pm so no access to vehicles.. When we arrived on the first day is was a real struggle with the luggages to walk to the hotel on an uneven road and incline slope. We addressed that issue to the hotel and they did send someone to help with the luggages for our departure. But I think they should advised the clients beforehand and provide a service for that at the very beginning.

I like it's location. The area is the heart of Istanbul. Very busy and all amenities are available.

You have to walk 3 minutes with luggage to reach hotel. Vehicles are not allowed on this street.

No prayin room and pray staff at the room , you should bring The transportation from airport was so expensive so to going back we didnt take it And also they take 60 dollar and driver leave us 2 streat behind the hotel and he didnt come with us , and said go and find We didnt have internet and anything so we get lost in istiklal for one hour till we found out hote at least driver should came with us if even he can not drive the car till hotel

A fantastic cosy boutique hotel in a fantastic location for shopping & food! Situated footsteps away from the famous İstiklal street which is perfect for finding literally everything & anything. Tourist sim cards, currency exchanges, clothes, adaptable plugs & chargers, gifts & confectionery, all within walking distance. Hotel close to taksim station & tram services. Very nice fresh breakfast! Good size lobby & waiting area. Fantastic staff, did their best to help us. Bonus of 2 available lifts in building. Housekeeping everyday. Good sized room with balcony. Balcony facing other back balconies, don’t expect to see much of the beauty of Istanbul from the back there but it’s enough to satisfy a coffee/tea break, a cheeky cigarette/vape, & for enjoying the sounds of a city that never sleeps. Good amount of sockets available, sockets take a 2 pin plug.

The 24hr noise outside is relentless with nightclubs next door, if you are a light sleeper don’t expect to sleep before 3am. Above all, what compensated for the noise was that they had the most comfortable mattress to sleep on! No gym. No iron. Non staying guest are forbidden to come up to the room. A little patchwork & paint job needed in certain areas of the room but apart from that a very clean and tidy hotel.

The staff were very nice, helpful . The room was clean they renewed every day a bottle of water for free.

The location is the perfect , but there is club near of the hotel that too loud , if you are not too exhausted , then you cant sleep at night.

Nice hotel located very close to Taksim Square. The reception was always manned, and the cleaning service was very professional. The breakfast spread was excellent and very reasonably priced. We had not booked the breakfast originally, expecting that we would eat outside most days, but we ended up having breakfast in the hotel every day.

The only thing that could have been better is if the bed mattress was a bit firmer, but that's always a bit dicey. Also, be aware that the street outside the hotel is busy (and noisy) with shops and restaurants open throughout the night, so avoid this location if that's not your cup of tea.

The location was great. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was super clean. In the room was cozy with a comfortable bed. I stayed only one night due to a long layover and loved it! The location is great! I had no issue finding it.

The hotel is great. Here are only a couple of comments to consider if you are first time in İstanbul near Isticlal Street. If you want to sleep well, you need earplugs. Also, the hotel is old and does not have USB chargers for phones, so do not forget to bring your own wall cheger adapter.
