the host is outstanding! we booked duplex apartment but got issue with the heater so he moved us to 2 apartment in 1st and 2nd floor. he knew about my knee issue so he helped out with the luggage to our apartment. we arrived at 2am in the morning and he waited infront of the door for our arrival. he switched on the heater few hours before our arrival so we wont feel cold when enter the house (in winter) bed is comfy! we can cook with complete kitchen utensil (no microwave). water pressure and water heater is good (i am in 2nd floor apartment) we forgot to bring detergent to wash the clothes and asked him if he could give us the clothes detergent just for one usage, but he gave us a small container with the detergent for free!! my apartment's washing machine got leakage with water around 11pm at night when doing the laundry and he wanted to come but i said to come next day as it was late already. the next day when we came back from sightseeing, the issue was fixed. the best part is there is daily house cleaning to our apartment. the location is amazing! quiet neighborhood even though its only 1 street from istiklal street. to taksim metro only few minutes. next to apartment got laundry service and also delicious turkish restaurant and nice owner - we got complimentary food and chai,and nearby has indonesian restaurant (didnt try the food) i would definitely come back here or recommend my friends to stay here.

A perfect duplex (2 bedrooms, 2 mini kitchen, 2 bathroom, a livingroom), generous space (perfect for more than 4 persons), authentic Turkish vintage style, and the location it's just wonderful, really 2 minutes walk by Taksim and Istiklal. The owner it's extremely helpful, he did everything for our confort, If you want to feel the turquish atmosphere, this is the perfect place.

A little bit to dark, not so much light, the duplex being at first stage and demisol.

Excellent location. Very accessible to taxim square . 5 minutes walkway to all public transportation. Night life accessible place . Host is excellent and flexible . very supportive and cooperative . Room is large even 10 people can easily accommodate . Good air conditioning heating system . Even all Accesories are provided like dehumidifier, heater, air conditioner , iron box and rest all.

Really close to everything, owner it's very nice and friendly

It needs a refurbishment, some more cleaning, the bathroom it's really small, the main entrance into the room it's really narrow

موقعیتش عالی هست نزدیک به میدان تقسیم و خیابان استقلال و دسترسی خوب به ایستگاه مترو در یک منطقه کم سر و صدا. آپارتمان تمیز بود و امکاناتش هم نسبتا خوب بود. کارکنان مهربان و خوب بودند. بالکن خوبی داره و ما صبحانه و غذا را در بالکن میخوردیم.

ساختمان چون قدیمی هست بنابر این آسانسور نداره و برای افراد پیر مناسب نیست ولی برای ما مشکلی نبود. نور داخل اتاق پذیرایی کم هست.

The bathroom did not have proper slippers

Our host was exceptionally amazing and very hospitable. He was very helpful and always available whenever we needed him. The location of the apartment is very strategic and localized very close to Istiklal street and Taksim like 2 mins walking distance. The apartment fits for 2 max unless 2 are willing to share the same bed.

The apartment doesn't have any view, but this wasn't a big deal for us since we were out all day and coming to the apartment so shower and sleep.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location, very good restaurant below with helpful owner, cleaned frequently over the week stay. We were there over the April earthquake and the owner checked in on us which was appreciated!

Wasn’t super clear we didn’t have a balcony and this was the main reason for booking. One room has balcony.

Location. Also is very comfortable . Beds are clean and with good mattresses.
