The location and price was perfect.

The washroom doors had no lock. The toilet papers weren't restocked regularly. The mini fridge didn't work. The window didn't close.

I’ve been traveling to Istanbul every year since 2018, but this was my first time staying at this hotel—and it definitely won’t be my last! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Istiklal Street, so you’re right in the center of all the action. Getting to the metro and bus stations is super easy, which made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. They made sure all my needs were met and really went out of their way to ensure a comfortable visit. One feature I really appreciated was the luggage storage—they have a secure area where you can safely leave your bags, which was perfect for me on the last day when I had a late flight. The hotel also had an elevator (a small detail but so important when you’re carrying luggage), and the room itself was spotless. Everything was well-maintained and clean, which made my stay feel even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip!

During our stay, my mother and my mother-in-law became unwell, and the staff supported us with so much kindness — from helping with moving them, to arranging hospital appointments, and even speaking with the doctor. Among them, a young man named Farid was like an angel to us with his wonderful attitude, patience, and smile. 🌹 This kindness and humanity made the difficult days so much easier. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant, and the warm hospitality of the staff made us feel like we were at home. I am truly grateful for the excellent care and support of the staff, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff was attentive and friendly, always smiling. They fulfilled all requests promptly. On the first day, we were welcomed with a fruit plate, which was a very pleasant surprise. I’ll attach a photo below. The conditions matched the price, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The location is also excellent—it’s convenient for reaching any attraction, with the metro, tram, and bus stops all nearby. If I ever visit Istanbul again, I will definitely choose this hotel once more.

The only disturbing factor was the nearby club, from which loud people would come out at night.

the bathroom is so tiny i wasnt able to sit on the toilet because of the tiny space infront of it.

My partner needed a kettle and asked reception when we came in from a day out and within 10 minutes one arrived at our door. Super comfortable beds and no issues with any appliances. Room was super spacious (317) and shower very powerful. Only recommendation is more powerful hairdryer and a bedside table on both sides. Me and my partner very much enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend and stay again :)

You could hear the club music until around 5-6am but it didn’t stop us sleeping but that would be the only downfall if you struggled sleeping or had young children

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay! The room was spotless — super clean and well-maintained. The housekeeper came every day, and everything always felt fresh and tidy. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed, and I felt completely safe the entire time, even though I was traveling solo. That peace of mind made a huge difference. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is located within walking distance from Taksim square and thus public transport is easily accessible. The room was as described, comfortable, cleaned every day, with toiletries and A/C included. The staff was polite and the free wifi was excellent.

The room wasn't ready at the agreed check-in time. Also, the location is noisy, particularly at night, since there is a cafe right next to it. No loud music, but you could clearly hear people chatter.

The hotel is at a great location just a few mins away from Taksim Square and the busiest shopping street of Istanbul. It's also about 10 mins walk from the Havaist Taksim bus stop. The room was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. The bathroom was clean and spacious, the best is very soft for a great sleep. Also, the aircon was very cold. We stayed for one night to catch our flight at Istanbul Airport.

Nothing, everything was perfect and good value for what we paid.
