The hotel was outstanding and had an excellent location. It was located at the beginning of Independence Street, and the staff welcomed us very kindly.

Location: However, the central location also meant it was very noisy, and we struggled to get a good night's sleep. Room: The room was comfortable, but the cleaning service was disappointing. During our six-day stay, cleaning was done only twice upon request, and even then, the bedding and towels in the washroom were not changed. Breakfast: The breakfast experience was disappointing. The dining area was tiny, and we often had to wait for a table. Due to the limited options and poor quality, I only had breakfast twice during my six-day stay

He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from check-in to local recommendations. His friendly attitude and professionalism truly made a difference. My recent stay at Bonne Sante Hotel left me with mixed feelings. While the size of the hotel and the rooms wasn’t quite what I had expected, the people there truly elevated the experience and made it memorable. One of the highlights was meeting Gokhan, whose local expertise and helpful nature really stood out. He went above and beyond to provide detailed guidance on transportation and places to visit, often following up to make sure I had everything I needed and checking in while I was out to ensure everything was going smoothly. I also appreciated Jaser, who was polite and friendly, always making sure I felt supported during my stay. Also, Adam helped me move to a more comfortable room when I wasn’t happy with the first one, and I was grateful for how quickly he handled it. I was also thankful for the thoughtful advice I received from Hassan, who felt like a caring elder—his calming presence and thoughtful gestures made my stay even easier, and he offered valuable suggestions about exploring the area safely. As a solo female traveler, I felt truly safe and supported thanks to the thoughtful and attentive staff members. Their kindness made all the difference, and it’s why I gave the hotel a high rating.

The staff were amazing. Abdullah was super helpful! Hassan Abi as well. There was a lady preparing breakfast (Gulcan Abla) she was super kind and best in class. The location was also great. You have access to almost everything close by.

I think the room service can improve. Sometimes we were missing towels and shampoos or some appliances didn’t work but the staff were super helpful and they were coming and solving the problem quickly.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from day one. The staff was exceptional, especially Adam, the Egyptian guy, and Jokhyn, who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is also perfect, close to everything you might need. We highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!

Although we had a great 7-night stay, there was one thing we liked less. Being on the 5th floor, our room faced Istiklal Street, which is a very lively street that never sleeps. This made the first two nights a bit noisy, which was sometimes disruptive for resting. Fortunately, we got used to it afterward, and it didn’t affect the rest of our stay too much. Despite this small inconvenience, the overall experience was very positive

I had a great experience with ADAM They were extremely friendly, professional,helpful,polite and went above and beyond to assist with check-in, recommend local attractions, Their excellent service made my stay much more enjoyable, and I truly appreciate their dedication. I have recommended it to everyone to stay here and meet the person ADAM to take his experiences and advice to traveling into anywhere in Istanbul he will guide you & as well as he will arrange everything for your tourism services ex Rent Car tickets and everything.

The staff was so friendly and always ready to help when needed. The beds were big and you can ask for extra duvets. The balcony was great and had cats who visit you quite often. You also get water for free, which helps a lot. It's located next to Taksim, so there's a lot of public transport around, and the street the hotel is on, is a big shopping street. For the price we paid, it was great.

As a lot of things in Istanbul are, it was a bit scuffed. The top of the closet fell apart, the sheets had some yellowish spots and the shower was leaky, so we had to soak up the leakage with an extra towel. In the end, for that price, it was very worthwhile.

The hotel has a great location and an interesting design, but the renovation is very outdated and needs to be redone, as everything is falling apart, creating a sense of untidiness. I would suggest removing all bathtubs and installing only shower cabins—it would make things much more convenient. The hotel is indeed quite noisy, and you can hear everything around, but I sleep with earplugs, so it didn’t bother me. For breakfast, I ordered an omelet for an additional charge. However, the hotel is clean, and the staff, both at the reception and throughout the hotel, are absolutely fantastic—very responsive and helpful. A special mention to the woman at breakfast, who was also kind and attentive. The bed was comfortable, and with the air conditioning in the room, it was warm and cozy. For its price, the hotel is a good choice.

I recently stayed at Bonne Santé Hotel and would rate my overall experience 8 out of 10. The room was clean and comfortable, which made my stay pleasant. The location is excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. One thing to note is that the entrance has stairs, which might be a bit challenging for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.
