Very friendly staff. The value of money is more than expected. The location is in the middle of the center. But cars can't reach the location. Need to walk 2-3 minutes. Keep that in mind.

Don't book the first 3 floors. Ask to get last floor. Very noisy at night because of night clubs. It's like this every night. Even if they tell you it's only weekend

We recently stayed in this wonderful penthouse apartment in Istanbul, located just around the corner from the bustling Istiklal Street in the vibrant Beyoglu district. The area is lively and safe, perfect for exploring day and night with its plethora of shops and tourist attractions. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. Spacious and clean, it features high ceilings, two rooms, and two bathrooms. The huge patio provides a lovely outdoor space. The private laundry facilities were a convenient bonus. Access is easy with a short flight of stairs leading to an elevator that takes you directly to the apartment. Accommodation-wise, it comfortably sleeps 6-7 people with multiple beds and couches that convert into beds. The price is very reasonable given the central location and amenities. The staff's dedication was a highlight of our stay. Muhammed, in particular, was outstanding. He spoke both English and Russian and was readily available via WhatsApp for any assistance. He offered great advice and arranged smooth transportation to the airport. We were thoroughly impressed and plan to visit again. Highly recommended!

Very spacious,clean,comfortable beds. Lots of racks to place stuff but no wardrobes. Noce terrace.excellent location just few steps off istiklal street. All big food chain mcdonal burger king papa john near. Has a small tuc shop.downstairs. full marka for location and room facilities Wifi was great

AC in one of the rooms starting dripping water and only worked for few hours in.5 days gor someone to fix and water stoped dripping but air didnt cool. Has to move sofa bed on the other room to sleep. Noise from thw karaoke club next door was horrendous. I wask awake till 4 am on saturday morning due to noise. Bathroom door was bit sticky and had shaded glass. There was no door to room and had direct access from lift with card so i felt bit unsafe with kids. Toilets were dirty

Location is perfect! 5 minutes from Takseem place and transportation. Very safe and live location. Staff were awesome, very friendly, polite and will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Will definitely go again if i am in Istanbul alone.

Only downside is the loud music from clubs and cafes downstairs that stay up to 3:00 AM. So if you need quietness to sleep, it will bother you, otherwise the place is perfect.

Location was fantastic and the two boys at the front desk were really helpful.

Its a great place but some things were nearly there but not quite. Eg stove available to cook but utensils, cooking equipment and cutlery/plates were minimal. Or we had washing machine but nowhere to hang the clothes once washed. Just small things like that. Also the kitchen tap water smelt unlike the other taps and showers. Not sure if the pipe for that is needing to be looked at. Finally if you are a light sleeper there is loud music every night. It didnt effect us but just noteworthy for people needing quiet.

I love this gore and it has been one of the select hotels that I stay when in Istanbul for the last 10 years. it is located in the hear of Istanbul and easy to find. It is also easy to get to if traveling from the two major airports in Istambul. There are plenty of places to eat and shop around.

While this is a great place and it has always been clean and well maintained, this time I have noticed it needs little bit of living (some fresh paint and cleaning here and there). if you have a heavy suitcase, getting to the main floor from the street level might be a challenge (stairs to the 1st level and then an elevator).

Everything was great. Great Location, comfort, clean, personal and other things. This place will be my only destination when i come back to Istanbul.
