The size of the room was exactly what is shown in the picture. Location was amazing. We never needed taxi. A 3 day unlimited transport pass helped us a lot. The windows were sound proof and AC worked through out. Hot and cold water was available and having a lift was really helpful. Mattress could be better as it was 2 single beds joined together. Room service provided as requested and the facilities were clean. We were in the hub of the city therefore we didn’t include breakfast in the package. All the main attractions were at walkable distance. Staff was available 24 hours on the desk and there were really helpful. It was at easy pick up spot for any excursion. I would definitely book it again.

Mattress could be better

The stay there was very good. The location is amazing though due to being close to everything it has a bit of a fuss but the windows are very good and isolate most of the noise. Very spacious room with kitchen, very comfortable bed, very polite staff and just 5 minutes from Taksim Square you don't need anything else. I would go back and recommend it to others. As an extra amenity of the hotel they arranged for us a driver who picked us up from the airport and of course he also returned us when we were leaving with a very comfortable car. Definitely our stay there made our trip even better

The shower may need to be upgraded

This place was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend. The staff, the room, the locations - everything was honestly perfect. As someone who travels quite a bit and has been to many cities/hotels in Turkey, I’d happily say this was the best both for location and value for money. Few minutes walk from Taksim Square with bus/metro routes from there. Lovely walk to Galata Tower and Bosphorus areas too…about 20 mins or so from hotel. The staff honestly could not have been nicer or more helpful. Would suggest speaking to them about airport transfers as well, we got a tremendous deal which saved both hassle and money.

Not applicable, place was perfect

Location is perfect, rooms are spacious and well furnished, rooms are cleaned daily without asking, with fresh towels supplied daily. Staff are friendly and helpful. They fulfilled all our requests and more. Didn't face any problems and would definitely stay there again.

Really nothing to complain about. The water pressure was sometimes relatively low, and the shower drain was little sluggish, but we didn't complain.

This property is just off Taksim square, so ideal for tourists. The staff were very helpful, arranging Taxis for us. Very comfortable beds and good shower.

Given that it is just off Taksim Square and off the main shopping avenue with lots of nightclubs in between, it can get quite noisy at night. Often until 2am. Ask for a room that isn’t facing the street.

Great location. A perfect base for exploring Istanbul. Not luxurious (which we didn't expect), but a nice big room, very clean and comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked equipped for basic meals. We had a room over looking the street which could have been noisy but the double glazing was excellent.

Nothing really - the room was as expected.

Central, right in the heart of Taksim Square so 10 for location. Guys from the reception were so kind and helped us with everything we needed so 10 for them aswell. Towels changed everyday and and cleaning in the room too, so 10 for cleanliness.

I didn't like the fact that the room didn't have a view(but we agreed on that at checkin as we were tired and could not wait for another room). I didn't like that the bathroom( room 302) was not proper maintained: from shower cabin was running water out a little bit, the tiles on the wall looked like a constructor at the beginning of his carrier took care of them... Unfinished job that smelled a little bit of mold. Under the sink someone put a foil of aluminium probably the water was leaking there too(ingenious ideea I have to admit). Overall a nice place to stay that needs more attention to details as it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

Room was big , clean, and had kitchenette with crockeries , microwave, fridge so that you can cook or prepare your own good .. Located centrally around ishtical city , close to metro , bus and other transport

No breakfast , but there a lot of resturant nearby ..

Very clean and central.

The pictures make the room look bigger than it actually was, so it was a bit of a squeeze for 3 up is in a triple bed room. Not all beds had 2 pillows and towels, and the a/c doesn’t reach the third bed which is behind a partition wall.

perfect location close to metro and taksim square the room was spacious and clean with all kitchen tools highly recommend
