The stay there was very good. The location is amazing though due to being close to everything it has a bit of a fuss but the windows are very good and isolate most of the noise. Very spacious room with kitchen, very comfortable bed, very polite staff and just 5 minutes from Taksim Square you don't need anything else. I would go back and recommend it to others. As an extra amenity of the hotel they arranged for us a driver who picked us up from the airport and of course he also returned us when we were leaving with a very comfortable car. Definitely our stay there made our trip even better

The shower may need to be upgraded

This property is just off Taksim square, so ideal for tourists. The staff were very helpful, arranging Taxis for us. Very comfortable beds and good shower.

Given that it is just off Taksim Square and off the main shopping avenue with lots of nightclubs in between, it can get quite noisy at night. Often until 2am. Ask for a room that isn’t facing the street.

This place was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend. The staff, the room, the locations - everything was honestly perfect. As someone who travels quite a bit and has been to many cities/hotels in Turkey, I’d happily say this was the best both for location and value for money. Few minutes walk from Taksim Square with bus/metro routes from there. Lovely walk to Galata Tower and Bosphorus areas too…about 20 mins or so from hotel. The staff honestly could not have been nicer or more helpful. Would suggest speaking to them about airport transfers as well, we got a tremendous deal which saved both hassle and money.

Central, right in the heart of Taksim Square so 10 for location. Guys from the reception were so kind and helped us with everything we needed so 10 for them aswell. Towels changed everyday and and cleaning in the room too, so 10 for cleanliness.

I didn't like the fact that the room didn't have a view(but we agreed on that at checkin as we were tired and could not wait for another room). I didn't like that the bathroom( room 302) was not proper maintained: from shower cabin was running water out a little bit, the tiles on the wall looked like a constructor at the beginning of his carrier took care of them... Unfinished job that smelled a little bit of mold. Under the sink someone put a foil of aluminium probably the water was leaking there too(ingenious ideea I have to admit). Overall a nice place to stay that needs more attention to details as it is supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

Room was big , clean, and had kitchenette with crockeries , microwave, fridge so that you can cook or prepare your own good .. Located centrally around ishtical city , close to metro , bus and other transport

Very clean and central.

The pictures make the room look bigger than it actually was, so it was a bit of a squeeze for 3 up is in a triple bed room. Not all beds had 2 pillows and towels, and the a/c doesn’t reach the third bed which is behind a partition wall.

The room was spacious. The location was super central. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy. The room contained a kitchen, fridge, and cooking tools.

Because of the location, sometimes slight noises from parties and clubs could be heard overnight, but to an annoying extent. Including a small breakfast would be nice. The hotel rooms do not contain do-not-disturb or housekeeping request signs. We got interrupted for housekeeping once when we did not want one.

Location is ideal. Maybe a bit of noise from the bars in the street but you will get that in most city centre street Staff were all great and even brought us some complimentary wine and nibbles to our room on NYE Rooms are as the pictures on web site & cleaned every day I would definitely book again

The hotel is well located, clean and cosy. The bed is comfy. We were 3 adults. The sofa bed is also comfy. Junaid was very helpful with directions, destinations and any kind of questions. Always smiling and friendly.

The fire detectors in the room flashing all night were annoying. They were 3 of them; 2 in the main bedroom and one on the exit sign. The view from our room was hideous on the backyard of the building.
