no one helped us with carrying luggage since there is no elevator

The room was like the pictures and clean with decent amenities. Location was right in the middle of a popular bar area just off the main shopping street. The host down in the pub was friendly and tried his best with his English. He also lent me an umbrella. Good response to help request out of hours.

I wasn't given the front door code on arrival so when I got back at 4am I couldn't get in. Two calls fixed it but it easily could not have been the case. The beer barrels get delivered at 5am just below the bedroom so if you're a light sleeper it won't be for you as there's lots of clanking. That said, it only bothered me once when I'd already woken up but I did go back to sleep..

I spent 8 days here over the festive period and it was a truly wonderful experience. The room is above a bustling and friendly bar and metres away from the main shopping street and close to all major attractions. Jin, Arnan, Serhat and all the team were simply amazing. The room itself was large, comfortable and very well designed. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to staying again.

WiFi was a little temperamental, but not too much of an issue.

The staff supported us to change the wrong booking date. That was very helpful

Unfortunately my BRAND NEW IPad was stolen from my bag while the luggage were in the luggage area.

The coziness of the room was really good. It felt like far better than what I consider my money to be worth

Unfortunately, a lot of things were broken in the room. The bathroom door had a nonfunctioning sliding system and no lock, and the shower knobs were falling off

Great value for Taksim. Room was huge, the balcony was a nice bonus. Staff were super nice and accommodating. Location is central to everything

Nearby clubs can make it kinda noisy on weekends, weekdays were much quieter

We stayed for just over a week at the Raven Istanbul Suites and the location is excellent, close enough to walk to the Old City and other areas of central Istanbul. The pub is lovely (great beer and popcorn, and very convenient!) and the staff are fantastic. They were always available and great in assisting us with anything we asked about. The room was clean and very well appointed, most importantly the bed was super comfortable and we slept really well. Very much recommend staying here and we hope to come back. Thanks Raven!

Very good location.

Smoke from downstairs customers was something to get used to. Some people may not like the noise but it’s a busy area with bars and pubs. Wasn’t an issue for me but it’s something to note for light sleepers
