The hotel is in a more local and trendy part of Istanbul, but within easy reach of the prime tourist sites. There are many restaurants and bars in the area, many of them catering to locals. The rooms are new and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, fridge, AC, heating, a good bed and silent in the back. There's good water pressure and hot water The breakfast is wonderful. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Malik, the manager. I've stayed in many hotels in Istanbul, but this is the best for value, staff and location.

Almost all. Very comfortable room! Very polite and attentive personal! There are many cafes and restaurants next the hotel. 15 min to walk to the bus stop Taksim from there you can take a shuttles Havaist to the both airports of Istanbul.

The manager-owner Melik is the best in the world!. He would help you in ways that are extraordinary. Because there was a police barricade near the hotel street, he helped me carry my luggage for 1 kilometer going to the taxi. The bed is perfect. Pillows soft. Beddings are clean and white without any stain. Shower hot and cold water. 2 bottles of water everyday are free. Coffee sugar tea shampoo all replenished everyday. 2large towels and 1 face towel everyday. 24/7 person in counter. Unbeatable considering the price point!

I had a great stay at Beybun Hotel — it offers really good value for the price. I arrived after 1 AM and was warmly welcomed by the staff, as their reception operates 24/7. The team is super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast is served across the street at the Beybun Café, offering a nice standard Turkish breakfast with tea. The hotel is well located, making it easy to explore Istanbul either by foot or with public transportation.

The only downside is the noise, as the neighborhood is quite lively, but with a good pair of earplugs, it’s no problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely responsive for any requests. Everything is clean and well-keeped. The interior is cosy and stylish. Bath is super. Heating works fine (quite important in November). The place is worth for it's price (at least the room with spa bath), I'd definitely recommend it

Not a kind of "didn't like", but "it would be nice to improve". Breakfast is perfect for one-two days stay, but the menu is the same every day, what is a minus for one week stay. It would be nice to have a larger wardrobe for storing our things (but I guess the bath leaves no room space for any additional furniture :) ) There were some minor issues about facilities (I'll send a private message later), but it didn't actually affect our mood and comfort.

The hotel is very nice, amazing central location, near to all touristic attractions by walk, a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops & night life. The room is very comfortable and relatively big size & the breakfast is so yummy traditional Turkish served by Bekor & Rodin. Big thanks for the reception guys Melik, Serkan, Enis, Saleh & Mohamad who welcomed me & gave me all the tips i need as a solo traveler to Istanbul. In brief you can feel home & very safe.

A wonderful stay! The gentleman at the reception was very kind and welcoming. I was offered a drink right away and checked in quickly without any issues. The room was spotless and well-organized—looks like the hotel has been recently renovated. The bed was extremely comfortable. In the morning, I had breakfast at Beybun Café in front of the hotel. Even though I hadn’t booked the breakfast option, they generously offered me complimentary items. It truly felt like a warm and friendly family-run place. Thank you so much—I’ll definitely be coming back!

It’s a new hotel in the center of Istanbul with quick and easy access to tourist attractions, shops, metro station. The room and the bathroom were clean (most important for me), also there are towels, slippers, tea kettle, tea/coffee/sugar etc. in the room. The location is really good. If you’re sensitive to outside noises you can ask for a room on the quiet side of the building. But I just loved that the street were quite busy even at night, I could feel the real experience of Istanbul. The staff is sooo lovely, they were always ready to help and to give any advice and offer complimentary çai and coffee every day! Also recommend to include delicious turkish breakfast they offer in the cafe right in front of the hotel. As a solo tourist I loved it!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly nice, always smiling, and made me feel safe and welcomed. They went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. Special thanks to Melik and Sarkan for their exceptional hospitality! The hotel is in a great location, just near İstiklal Street and Taksim Square, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was good, start the day with turkish tea from the hotel coffeeshop is great. My room was cozy and warm , the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Melik! The man, the myth, the legend. This man is the most genuine welcoming hotel owner I have ever met. Sending us off every time we leave with kind words and welcoming us back every time we walk in with a real, honest welcome. Finds time to chat with his guests even when he is clearly busy with work. Never have I felt so welcome in a place, even when I have spent 10x more on a fancy hotel in Canada. That man is national treasure on par with Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Breakfast was great as well.

Nothing. For a "budget hotel" I have no complaints. The hotel itself is not the Ritz Carlton but it's clean, comfortable and for the price you pay, you shouldn't expect it to be.
