Toilets were outdated, doors were not even closing properly and no locks. Rest of the doors were forced to close.it was very bad smell in kitchen sink areas which were in the bedroom and whole room was smelling bad.lighting were very poor

The team especially melad and mhmt has always been friendly, patient and helpful. The hotel pleasant, it was cozy and clean Thank you I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting istanbul

People working in this hotel (Mohammad, Ashraf, John and Delbar) are amazing they are very accomodating and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable and they provided me with fresh towels and toiletries that I needed every time I run out. I actually was impressed cause even though it’s close to night life I find it quiet at night time and had no issue sleeping. The location is perfect close to everything and you’ll never get bored. The staff made me feel so welcomed so I just to say a big shout out and thank you for making me feel like a family.

since I am a non smoker my only issue was the smell of the cigarette but this is all the case in Istanbul. When I asked Mohammad he helped me changed to a different room which was better and less smell of cigarette. Thank you for accomodating my request.

The location is fantastic, it is located right in the middle and is super close to Taksim Square. For the pocket friendly price, the service is excellent. Staff members are super helpful especially Mohammad who will go all out to make sure you’re comfortable and help you in anyway you can without even making you wait. This place is worth all your money! I highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and extremely clean rooms And definitely a great value for your money, and a decent location

The elevator only goes through 3 levels and i had to walk up alot of stairs. They also lock the main hotel door for some reason and it is very hard to open

The location is literally just 1min away on foot from the Istiklal street, the staff are doing whatever they can to please a guest, this was such a service. Big thanks to Reza and Tariq for all their service during the stay.

I liked the location and especially the staff excellent service

It was very clean, not just when we arrived but also every day after cleaning. They even upgrade our room for free.

It was noisy at night becuse of the night clubs but it is located at the Taksim centre so it was something to expect.

Hotel is great it has amazing location very near Istiklal Street plus the manager Muhammad is an awesome person he took personal interest in my PCR test and got it booked at the right time and also called a taxi for me in the end and advised me not to take the larger taxi as hotel usually say that "one must take a larger tax because they make larger profit out of it" when in reality hotel can call any taxi not just the larger ones (black caps). I would definitely stay here again when I return to Istanbul.
