Absolutely Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at Taskim Trust Hotel and I’m genuinely very satisfied with everything! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Khalid welcomed me very well and Poorya was the most helpful person I have ever met. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Taksim Square and public transport, which made it super convenient to get around the city. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

What I liked the best was the service! After I got my room I recognized that something was not working, I asked the guy at the reception to fix it. He immediately helped me with that problem and fixed it. This incredible service made it to a good visit there.

Given I was not looking for anything extravagant for a 2 night stay, my experience was quite pleasant! Guven and Khaled were so lovely, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and be available for all sorts of assistance. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well maintained which are often the two things I focus on when looking for accommodation. I found the location to be super convenient and did not at all feel unsafe!

The hotel locatation is good inside taksim square. The staff was helpful. He carried the luggage for me and offered me free tea and coffee. Overall good for money.

The rooms are very small. I couldn't fit with my 2 luggage easily. The elevator is in first floor, so you have to carry the luggage to the first floor. The stairs is very narrow to carry luggage through. The street have a cafe below. Alot of people loud for late hours.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The room was offering all the comfort we needed after our daily adventures. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. What stood out the most was the exceptional service; the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a warm smile.

The location of the hotel was very good. The hotel has a good location relative to Esteghlal Street. Access to the metro and buses is very easy. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, especially poorya and Khaled. The room was clean and tidy. It was a very good experience.

Great location and met all our travel needs. Taksim center was also a short walk away and always fun to walk in at the end of the day. Khaled was our receptionist and he was super helpful. He had wonderful recommendations and was kind during all his interactions. Would stay here again.

Very convenient location and super friendly and helpful staff, especially Halit and Poyraz. I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room and they got someone to fix it the same day despite it already being kind of late.

The facilities could have been a bit newer and cleaner, but honestly great value.

Windows/doors to the outside don’t close completely so sound from outside do enter easily. Earplugs are a must if sensitive to noice at night
