I booked an economy double room for a too-good-to-be-true price, that I was mentally preparing for something between "spooky basement" and "broom closet." But boy, was I wrong. This hotel is a hidden gem! It's centrally located, just a stone’s throw from Istiklal Street (seriously, if you throw a stone, you might hit a tram) and surrounded by shops, restaurants, historic sites, and public transport options to make your head spin. 🏙️ Now, let’s talk about the breakfast. It’s included, and it’s glorious. Not just any breakfast—a proper Turkish feast! There were olives, fresh veggies, cheese, meat, and of course, honey and fruit for dessert. Day 1? Delicious. Day 2? Somehow different, but still a magical medley of goodness. 😋 The room itself? Similar to the booking.com photos, which, in the hotel world, is practically a miracle. The bathroom was big, like "throw a shower party" big – not that I did. There’s easily room for more than two people in that shower.. not that I tested that. 😏 And the staff? Absolute legends.🌟They were always ready to help, and as a cherry on top even waved me off with a farewell drink after checkout. I sipped my Turkish tea like a sultan, waiting for my airport transfer, and I have to admit, I briefly considered refusing to leave. Talk about royal treatment on a budget! 😍

Now, the negatives—well, there isn't much to say. The room I booked didn’t have a window. But honestly, with the air conditioning and a mini window in the bathroom, I didn’t miss it. Plus, I wasn’t there to stare at the walls! I had stuff to do, places to visit, and baklava to eat.🫣 In summary, if you’re looking for a hotel where you can hibernate all day, this might not be your cup of Turkish tea. But if you’re in Istanbul to explore and just need a comfy, centrally located spot to shower, sleep and recharge yourself (and your phone), this place is golden. And for the price? You’re practically robbing them.🏆 10/10 Would Feel Like a Sultan Again! 👑

The best thing was the location. I loved being right in the heart of Taksim, just a walk away from Istanbul's main attractions. The hotel was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a lot of choice. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room was very small and the bathroom was laid out in a very strange way that made it very difficult to get in and close the door. Mostly a personal choice, but I think it would be better for the room not to have carpets. It would be great if the breakfast buffet also offered more continental breakfast choices (jam, butter, etc.), even though the breakfast overall was great.

The location is great in Istiklal str. any where you want to go either you can easily walk or take the metro. The station is 5 minutes away. The staff were really friendly especially Abdullah that was managing the kitchen was really friendly and nice. The hotel was clean enough. Being in a busy area the inside was really quiet. The hotel door was always closed and no one except the guests and the staff could enter which made me feel safe. Breakfast and wifi were included in the price which is a plus in Istanbul. And breakfast was a decent meal.

They don’t change the sheets every day which they did for me once I asked for it but towels get refreshed everyday.

It was a real pleasure staying at the Aria Palace. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The owners, management and staff made our stay an unforgettable one and provided us with splendid service throughout our stay. Everything was perfect just as we had expected. Accommodation, location, shopping, food, points of interest were all great. We appreciate the hospitality from Aria Palace and the manner in which we were hosted. We will most definitely stay here again whether it be in the near or distant future. Thank you once again for everything :-)

I booked Aria for the first 3 nights of my 15-days Turkey holidays, based on location (Taksim) and previous guests reviews. It exceeded my expectations! Location is perfect: 50 meters off Istiklal street, with all sorts of shops, cafes and restaurants at your doorstep. Bus, metro and the Airport Bus (important!) can be reached in a maximum 15 min easy stroll. The room was clean, comfy, perfect wifi, nothing to complain. But the staff were the jewel of this place: they not only make you feel welcome, but they treat you like family. I'll be returning to Aria for my final 2-3 nights in Turkey and will write a review again - this time thanking each staff individually :)

I loved everything!

The room I got was a single room with no windows, but it was my mistake cause I didn't check the pictures, then I had to upgrade for a better bigger room, they accepted my request to check in early so I checked in by 9Am, I like the hotel is a nice place I like the way they made the lobby a mix between antique and modern, the staff are always ready to assist you, and they have a real good internet, and the most important is it's just 50 mtrs from Istiklal streetoverall I enjoyed my stay,

Nothing, everything as expected and more

From the moment I walked into the front door, I was made to feel.like I was part of the Aria Palace family. A special word of thanks to the friendly and professional receptionist Mira. I had a small issue with my room and she immediately had it rectified. My flight out left very late and they let me sit in the lobby for two hours and even brought me tea. My room was small, yet comfortable and was as one can expect at this price.

The matrass was very hard. A new one would go a long way to ensure a good night's rest.

Staff, specially Batu the manager, were friendly and caring. He made sure guests are accommodated well. He sent extra light as I’d requested before and upon my arrival. Overall, staff’s good hospitality overshadowed tiny little cons.

The walls were so thin I did hear even other guests in next door room snoring! Also during the night people were talking loud in the corridors and that was annoying while I was sleeping.

Staff were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful, even helping me with my bags all the way to the taxi. They walked a few miles with me, and when I ran out of Turkish lira, they kindly helped me out. They always went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, which made my stay really special. Plus, the location is perfect,so close to all the major tourist spots with great connections to everywhere, and it's also near the airport bus station, and also very clean. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Excellent location 1' from Istiklal & bus station. All the nightlife of Istanbul is around the hotel. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

There weren't any windows in our room, only in the bathroom. Τhe soundproofing is not that good, with the result that we can hear people from the other rooms, but it didn't bother us particularly, especially if you are a deep sleeper.
