The room was nice and clean, just enough in size for one person. The location of the hotel in just next to Istiklal street and close to Taksim square.

I would recommend to hotel to put a bottle of water in the room. Also there was tea, sugar , but was nothing to stir the sugar in the tea , like spoon or wooden sticks.

Room is exactly like picture I took the comfort triple room We were 3 persons It is small but the view is amazing I could see the entire city and you have everything u need in the room: fridge water kettle TV and hot water 24.7 Location is perfect close to taksim metro 1 min walk to taksim and istiklal street and mins to galata and everything else The breakfast is so generous boiled eggs and omelets daily and lots of yummy baguette with cheese and chocolate and honey and jam. And it s a family owned hotel and everyone is just nice They speak Arabic Turkish English and they helped me order food at night thru an app and directed me during the day Thank u Mayza otel ❤️

I had a wonderful 4-day stay at this hotel in Istanbul and I absolutely loved it! The place was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The price was also quite reasonable for the quality and service we received. What really made the stay special was the staff — they were all kind and helpful, especially Osman at the reception, who was always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. He truly made us feel welcome. The location is convenient, and overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The location of the hotel is great, it is a small hotel on 6 floors, without terraces. The rooms are of normal size, renovated and the beds are comfortable. The elevator is normally for 1-2 people but works perfectly. The toilet is small and has everything you need, hot water, good shower. Breakfast was included in the price, but maybe it would be better if it was not served at all. I would recommend it to others, because you get more than you pay for.

The only thing that bothered me was the kitchen which is on the ground floor and is open and small, so while the eggs are being fried downstairs the rooms on the upper floors smell of oil and eggs. The doors are new, but they have gaps at the top and bottom. Also, there was sometimes a cigarette smell in the room. I think the ventilation grille needs to be cleaned.

Perfect for a short stay. Just a few meters from Istiklal, this hotel offers clean rooms for guests, white clean sheets and towels, barh amenities, AC, refrigerator,1 bottle of water per person daily refill, and a very useful small elevator (2 people). In the morning (8:30-10:30) they provide a plate breakfast, the same every day (2-3 cold cuts, olives, tomato, cucumber, butter, jam, nutella, omelette, tea or coffee (instant coffee). This is enough to start the day. Another plus of the hotel is late check in (after midnight).

Small triple room, but we managed for 2 nights. For sure, I will choose again for a short stay because it offers city center, decent, clean and quiet room, small breakfast. Thank you!

The view from the 5th floor was good (at least better than what we were used to from other hotels), the location is close to the main shopping street (roughly 2 minutes walk) and for anyone intereted in sex work, you only have to cross the road at night for like 10-20 seconds. The shower was also good since the water did not run out during the shower (which is not standard in Turkish hotels I have been too) It is close to the metro and the bus stop is 1 minute walk (if even) from the hotel, so going to Eminönü is super easy, getting back drops you off in front of the hotel too. Supermarket is right next door.

The cleaning lady was very nice, but she always took away our slippers and did not give us new ones. Some days she took the towel and did not replace it with a fresh one so we had to ask the reception (that did not speak English) to get a new towel for us. We could pay with card because at that time they were waiting for the machine that was supposed to come by mail, but it seems this is fixed now. The slipers are also nothing too fancy and my wife was falling in the bathroom which was kind of amusing. The elevator is very small and you have to carry your luggage to the first floor to use it. Don't get the breakfast because it is not worth it.

Where else can you get a candle lit breakfast, included in the tariff, at an hotel in this price bracket? It does help if there is a major power outage in your District! Piping hot chips, freshly boiled eggs, how do they arrange this with zero power? The answer lies in the staff! 24 hour reception, a breakfast chef who also provided overnite desk service and clean towels with room refresh daily, No problem is too big for them to tackle and support, especially where Istanbul taxis are concerned, is readily volunteered The location is 500 metres from Taxim Square; has a taxi ramp opposite the hotel; together with Ali Babar,s best friends; a major road artery from which to hail your own Taxi a 50 metre stroll and the major shopping artery less than 5 minutes walk away, Numerous restaurants in all price brackets and pubs of your choice easily accsseble. The hotel is aged and has a beautiful wooden ballistrade going to the rooftop; an antiquated lift where more than 3 occupants means losing personal space and possibly a few inhibitions,Ask for an Eastern view room from which to see the rising of the sun and the mullahs call to prayer in the early morning, The standout thing separating this out, is the staff, For a cheap hotel this punches way above its weight,

The staff was really helpful, especially Ibrahim bey and other 2 guys (sorry, can't remember the names). We booked a triple room that didn't match our expectation so the staff immediately provided us the better one that we really liked. The included breakfast was standard but awesome, on our last day, the owner I guess, cooked an omelette for us that was so delicious. During our 6-day stay the staff helped and provided us with everything we needed (soap, toilet paper, towels, shampoo, bottled water and etc.). The location is so close to Istiklyal street, the Taksim metro station is 10 min walk, bus stop is 1 min walk, there are lots of small shops, cafes\restaurants and etc. nearby, The room is cleaned by request. No insects, bugs in beds, definitely recommend this place and it is value for its money. Thank you so much

That's not what we didn't like, but just warning about the high steep stairs right in front of the elevator, so be careful

I loved its proximity to transportation, and it is right next door to a pharmacy and grocery store (fyi if you arent a local the prices in those stores were crazy high), it is also a safe neighbourhood, we were worried because of the google maps view but that is not reflecting the current state, it is illuminated at night and not at all dangerous. The staff were an absolute delight to interact with, very helpful and serviceable. 10/10 would recommend 🤍

I like this hotel. It's currently being renovated, so everything is new and clean and comfortable. The staff are very nice and friendly, and the location is just a short walk from Istiklal Street.

Just one small thing, our room was facing the highway, and the noise was a bit too much for me. So if you're sensitive to noise, make sure to ask for a room away from the road, and internet is so slow need some upgrade,
