great location and value for money, main guy on reception (sorry forgot name) very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my stay

Istanbul is very much a late night city and with this hotel being in a prime location is it surrounded by bars and clubs. There can be a lot of noise from the street particularly at weekend up to 6 in the morning, so if this is a problem for you then you might want to consider a different location as there is nothing the hotel can do about it.

We stayed in this hotel for the second time and i was very happy with my stay. The location is perfect. The staff and owner are supper friendly. They clean the room and change the towels every day. The wifi is very good. The room was big and it had a couch that was very nice

We had problem with shower head, the water pressure was good but the shower head was small for that. There were no glasses in the room and they did not put water bottle in the room except the first day. Overall it was not a big deal

The location is excellent, right around İstiklal Avenue, with many shops and bars of all kinds, and a walkable distance to all the districts you want to see in Istanbul. The staff is amiable, they even agreed to keep my luggage for the day after my checkout without any additional fee. The overall condition of the room was okay, quite big and clean.

No soundproofing and quite noisy for the night due to its location. The quality of the room was okay although the quality of towels and other things might be upgraded.

Location was perfect the stuff same Fatih be honest they take care of us actually the reception man I think he’s name is Mohammed he was a great man really when me reached there I was so tension I had some issues with him but at the end he became really good person and so helpful I recommend this hotel really great value for money and big rooms clean rooms only I have one point poor lighting at rooms they have to fix this because at night I can’t see only this is my point I can’t say more I’m happy to stay there and I will again

great location , good staff there is a problem in my room and they treat with it by a professional way and changed the room with a great one .

if u don’t like outside sounds its not for you , for me it doesn’t matter

the stuff helpful,they allowed us for early checkin and late checkout strategic location near from everything,istiklal street ,supermarkets, spacious room and new furniture very clean

the rooms need some maintenance like TV not working ,the toilets still need to finish some work. although the room service didn't change bed sheets but anyway our stay was happy.

Always nice staff at the reception , Location super near the most famous Taxim Street and Square near metro and bus teleferic I finally did a massage with 50% discount for hotel guest under the hotel I got a package oil face and foam very very well done by Janes if I am not wrong ! For the rest only more days missing Of course never enough! I got room at 5 floor with balcony and well insulated from outside nightcrazyistambulnight! So rest and beauty sleep guaranteed!! The furniture and amenities are enough the balcony little naked not to much forniture maybe because of rain season ! Drinking water guaranteed but not exed the lt ! 🤣 Thanks for the good stay As I say A good room for a better stay !

Really is nothing wrong

Hotel in the heart of istiklal street, 2 minutes walk from Taksim Square wher you can find taxi, bus, metro to anywhere in Istanbul, few steps from all what you need like super market, restaurants, exchange houses and soo many well known shops. Hotel staff are exceptional, very friendly, professional, helpful, honest smile and good vibes they will make you feel like home. Very good Turkish Hamam, sauna in Hotel ground floor and they have good discount for Hotel guest. Thanks a lot to all Hotel staff and see you next time.

All perfect. The room is very spacious and very clean. It has all what i needed inside. The decoration is a mixture of modern and antique. The bed is very comfortable l.The staff sre very helpful and friendly.

The only negative point is that the windows has no sound isolation. You can hear evrything and the nose of people from the street.

Very clean. Room 502 has a big terrace to it. Daily room cleaning with changing of linen and towels. Friendly and helpful staff . Beds are comfortable . Close proximity to istiklal street , restaurants just outside and all around. 5 mins walk to Taksim square.

Rooms are not soundproof , there is a night club nextdoor that has thumping music that might keep you up if you are a light sleeper. Some of the fittings of wall sockets are occasionally hanging out , might be dangerous if not used carefully. Need to be mindful of surroundings if out late at night.
