Brother sister team have invested in assuring quality and comfort to their guests. Located a few min walking distance from Taksim Sq (and metro stop) just off the main pedestrian main Ave, this newly renovated and refurbished guest house offers comfort at reasonable cost. I booked the smaller room at an economic price offered for the solo traveler but since the guest house wasn’t fully booked I was given a free upgrade. Smaller room is equipped with same comfy bed, high quality crisp and clean white sheets and duvet with modern sparkling clean bathroom as the larger rooms. Still, the upgrade to larger room made the stay feel more luxurious. Rooms have tiny fridge and kettle( instant coffee and tea bags offered) The staff are lovely and attentive, eager to please. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and comfortable with the lovely young staff. 24 hour front desk personnel is especially welcoming during these days when many hotels and guesthouses are converting to the impersonal self check in. Walking distance to Galata Clock tower, electric tram (to Sultanhamet), Taksim Sq and its metro stop.

While Taksim Sq isn’t my favourite part of Istanbul, the side street where this guesthouse is located used to be a favourite part of town years ago, for night life and good eats. Nowadays, the main pedestrian area feels like an open shopping mall where locals from surrounding areas come for an aimless stroll. Gone are the street performers and great bohemian vibe. Still, the street this hotel is located on has rainbow friendly bars that seem discreet and some of the fringe nightlife is on display. It’s not the prettiest street but I thought it had character and I felt safe. $6 luxury express bus to airport is 15 min walk away(25 if you’re bogged down with luggage)

The hotel was incredibly comfortable. It will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Istanbul again.

The location is perfect right in the first middle of Istiklal street. A 7/8 min walk to the Taksim metro station and a 2/3 min walk to a bus station that goes anywhere in istanbul. The room was very clean and it was a very good value for money honestly I would stay here again and again (bonus point is the elevator).The hotel overall has exceeded my expectations for the price tag. Also, all the staff are amazing and very helpful. They let us check in early as we asked and they helped us carrying the bags. Special thanks to Serkan who facilitated everything for us and even contacted a taxi for us with a very good price. Thank you Serkan and the whole staff 🙏🏼

We recently stayed here and it was wonderful. The hotel is just 5 min. walk from Taksim Square which made our experience very good. The hotel was impeccably clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Plus, the location was unbeatable—just a short walk from Taksim Square and the vibrant Istiklal Cadesi, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in Istanbul!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed. First and foremost, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and professional. They were always available to assist with any needs and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was also good. The hotel's location was another major plus. It was conveniently located, making it easy to access the city center and key tourist attractions. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and convenient location. The hotel is new and renovated. There was cleaning everyday if you wanted to. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Serkan from reception was very kind and communicative even before our arrival. Ubud (if I’m saying right) from the night shift even helped us order some late night pizza to our room, he is superb!! There was the option to leave our luggage the last day after the checkout. - thank you for all the hospitality! The room was spacious and warm (important for winter and colder days). A/C was available for warmer days. The area may seem sketchy but it's not. It's downtown and a lot of people are out for dinner/drinks, in the morning area is quiet and it gets busier at night. There is a liqueur store right next to the hotel and a lot of restaurants/bars and clubs. There was noise at night but it didn't bother us. Overall nice and positive experience. *Breakfast is not an option yet (December 2024), as they are new and now they are finishing their kitchen etc. The photos are from our last day at the hotel.*

This boutique style hotel is centrally located and its location makes it ideal, as it’s a very short walk to Istiklal street(half way to Taksim and Galata Tower). The property has a small lift which is convenient if your room is on the higher floors. The rooms have been recently renovated with a modern bathroom. Would recommend upgrading to a deluxe room which is more comfortable and spacious. The staff are very helpful and friendly, were very accommodating with an early check-in and later check-out. There are a quite a few night clubs and bars in the area which can be very noisy in the late evenings, so opt to stay on higher floors. Staff do mention this so be prepared if you are sensitive to noise.

The customer service was 10/10 Serkan and his colleague forgot his name helped us with everything we asked from booking aktivitets to showing us how to get to placeses. The room was big clean and very lightful. And also the locations was the best close to Taksim shopping area. I would recommend this hotel if you want good service, good hotel and want everything close to you. I will definitely rebook with them again. Thank you guys

The locationis great..near to the restaurants /taksim square and clubs. Very convenient. Hotel room is clean / toilet and bed sheets and pillows. Team Serkan and Adnan are very helpful. Early check in/ local tours and transfers. Their service in terms of comfortability and satisfaction of guest they are 5 star! As a hotelier from Bahrain - definitely will recommend this place❤️

It's a really good budgeted hotel with clean rooms and stuff, in many comments people talk about the noise from outside the street, but because I am a heavy sleeper so it doesn't bothered me, as taksim square is near so great options are available near the hotel on a walking distance and staff is also nice and cooperative.
