First of all, they let us check in very early, we were so thankful for them. The room was very clean, cleaned perfectly everyday, the coffee and water were renewed everyday. There was no noise as the reviews were saying. The location is perfect, super close to everything, there’s a supermarket nearby. The staff are so nice and very helpful. They have coffee/tea/snacks service every morning. The price performance is super good, i totally recommend staying there since it was a 100% worth our stay.

I asked for a quiet room at top floors but, once there, they told me I couldn't change my room that was at second floor and not at four or five ones. Noises due to pedestrians and shops and bars and restaurants and cars on the street didn't let me sleep well (not only during the weekend ). Really a pity because sometimes it needs just a little bit to improve few things and make all finally excellent! 😉😌🤗 WiFi didn't work the first day due (according to staff) to a problem to area.

A really comfortable place and a good location, just 3 mins walk to Istiklal Street & restaurants, and 3-7mins from the nearest bus stop to go to places. The staff Baris was very kind and helpful to us, and our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. No breakfast is served but they have complimentary cereals/tea/water for guests.

The location at the back alley of Istiklal Street although very convenient, was a bit dirty and smelly. But that’s of course due to no mistake of the hotel.

The property was clean, easy access to public transport such as bus and close by to one of the main shopping streets. and good value for money.

I was given room on 6th floor. The room was very hot even being end of March. I requested the person in reception to switch On AC and his response was AC is central and we haven’t started it yet. Though he managed to provide a standing fan to provide temporary relief. I couldn’t leave windows open since it would make the noise from Pubs audible. However it’s important that property needs to look at actual weather and temperature conditions to decide if AC should be started or not instead of going with fixed date.

Location was 1 minute from Istiklal Street, the ever live street of Istanbul. Clean hotel, nice staff

The toilet flusher was not working properly, but they fixed that immediately after I raised that. The street is full of noisy nightclubs, so if you are too sensitive you need to keep that into account to ask for a room not facing the street. We had one facing to the street and with its soundproof walls and windows we could sleep well. Just one recommendation: that would help if a light/lamp is added to the room entrance hall since mirrors can not be used in dark

NOISE. While expected to be a bit noisy, after all it's central, I didn't expect the club right downstairs going on with horrible banging music until 5 am every night. Plus 3 streets full of bars and restaurants 100 m away. Despite quite isolated windows and ear plugs - the bumping is still in my head today. Difficult to sleep. Avoid first floor balcony room, probably the noisiest. I booked this room based on the pictures, it looked like high floor, paid premium. Was put in 1st floor. They offered me a move to 2nd after 1st night, but it wouldn't change anything. So just be aware - it's a noisy place. Surrounding of the hotel - safe, 200m from Istikal, no issues here, but disgustingly dirty, plenty of rubbish on the streets, view on old dilapidated buildings.

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. We lik everything about the staff. They were very polite and always ready to help. The room was very clean, and the cleaning service was excellent as well. The location is also great, making it convenient for us to explore the area. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they made us feel special by giving us a cake. It was a small gesture, but it really showed the quality of their service."

The hotel has an excellent location. And unexpectedly for me, the quality of the services offered. Extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, with good sized bathrooms, and everything you need for a 3-5 day vacation in the center of Istanbul. The staff is professional, friendly and always ready to help! 3 minutes from Istiklal Street. 20 minutes from Galata Tower. All around are streets with restaurants, bars, small local shops - a neighborhood for active travelers, not for families with children!

I got what I wanted! it was very good for me!

The location is key. You're walking distance to anything you need. There's restaurants, bars, shopping, anything. Less than a minute away from İstiklal street which offers many choices for door and shopping. The staff was amazing! All very friendly. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels as well.

There was some noise from the bars and restaurants near the hotel but nothing that was a big issue. The double glass windows kept most of it out.

I prefer smaller boutique hotels , and this one was quiet, Clean and personalized service

Although the location is perfect , it’s a very noisy and rowdy area , and even with the windows closed You can hear the noise outside. It’s dirty at night and the locals are haggling you to go into their restaurant or clubs and can be very persistent compared To other areas . Also the water pressure was unpleasant ( hot one second And freezing The next…)
