* The elevator only went up to the 5th floor, but my room was on the 6th (top) floor. It was not a problem for me. * The thermal insulation on the top floor wasn’t great. * The room got extremely hot during the day, and the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough to cool it down. * I had to open the window to get some fresh air. * The room was so hot that even the outside air felt cooler—especially with the milder breeze after 7:00 or 8:00 PM. Add a comment during your reservation stating that you prefer not to stay on the 6th floor.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel, Mr. Mustapha at the reception and also the owner were the most lovely, kind and helpful people I met in Istanbul. The location near Taksim and Istiklal is perfect and at the same time the street on which the Hotel is located is pretty calm, I personally slept well during my stay and didn't hear any extern noises, furthermore you have all the means of transportation nearby (bus, metro, etc.). The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable,and the cleaning was well done when asked.

The hotel was in very good location exactly in Taksim, were everything close to you, even the staff were very polite.

I booked the breakfast including, however the value of the food was so bad, and doesn’t much the real turkish breakfast( sliced of bread, cucumber tomato, cheese, butter, honey…)Which made us having breakfast outside the hotel. On top of this the hotel needed a-lot of renovations, it’s looks very old, as well as the furniture.

I was really impressed with the service and behavior at this establishment, especially from the owner and the receptionist, Mostofa. He was outstanding—whenever we had a request, he addressed it promptly and efficiently.

There's honestly nothing I didn’t like about the service. However, I think a few additional amenities, such as toothpaste, soap, and tissues, could enhance the experience even further. These small touches would be much appreciated.

Excellent location in a buzzing neighbourhood although some distance from the main attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and close to buses and the metro

Loud party on the Saturday night kept me awake

The hotel is so nice. Staffs are helpful and very friendly especially Mr. Mustafa and the owner as well. They are very accomodating. Hoping we can come back soon. And the place is so accesible and just a walk away to Istiklal street for shopping and Taksim square which is one of the tourist spot in Istanbul.

I am staying for a week at the hotel, and all the staff are welcome and thank you for the reception guy cant remember the name he is amazing . I have a good room and good Wi-Fi speeds; I am using 4 devices, and they all work properly with the Wi-Fi. I do not have any issues. Room amenities were adequate for the price I paid for the room. The hotel is close to a shopping center and a food store where you can order take-out meals to eat at the hotel. Coffee -Tea amenity available at the room

The breakfast was not really for me; it’s just not very varied or selected. The towel in the room is quite old but can be replaced, and I don't get any copy of the invoice after paying for the room. It's curious to me that I don't have proof that I paid for the room upon checking in. Copy of invoice after paid recommend

The owner and staff where there and available all the time for requests and guidance. They suggested great tours too.

With the price they offer, there can't really be something not to like. Nothing extravagant or fancy, it met all the requirements as expected.

The Hotel is right in a vibrant place near Istiklaal not far Taksim Square and we have everything we needed. Local shops, shopping centers, restaurants, shooting range, places of worships and others. It is also at the heart of a transport network - Taksim Station from where you can get to anywhere within the network including our using the boat network. The owner and the staff were very helpful and did all they can to make our stay comfortable including the option to change a much quieter room if we choose to. As we were late, the Hotel kept in touched and assured us it will be alright. On our arrival just after midnight, we did not lift anything as the Staff manage it all by themselves. They change towels regularly and when asked to. The breakfast was very descent with unlimited Turkish tea or coffee and bread.

As the hotel is in central area, we expect it represent the way Istanbul is - busy, vibrant and alive. The swirling stairs took me time to get used to but theres always the lift to use. There's a small lounge you can relax whilst waiting to set off for the day.

Had a wonderful stay at Lazz City Hotel! The rooms were nice and spotless, the service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay Thanks to Mr izzat
