The best two things about this property is the staff members who helped us carry our stroller every time and Mehmet who solved the issue of us having to spend the first night on the 4th floor with difficult stairs as we moved to the second floor on the 2nd night. He also advised us to use the government ferry to princess island from Kabatas instead of the private ones from Eminouno which was cheaper. Very close to istiklal (3 mts walk).

Stairs are difficult to climb. Noisy at night until around 5 am. Taxi drivers will try to take as much money from you as possible, if you are not a family use the metro/bus and avoid hassling with the taxi drivers.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Great room and staff. They always asked if everything was fine with my living here. There are no questions about the cleanliness of the room. The location is also very good, especially for those who get from / to the airport by bus. It can be a bit noisy at night, but that's not a problem for me. Also special thanks to the receptionist Nick, he made my stay even more comfortable. Would definitely stay once again here.

Nice location, staff super friendly and helpful, perfect and cheap for its price for istanbul city centre, rooms were clean as well, the receptionist showed me a good place to eat and took me and my friend there so that we find it (near the hotel) , his collegue were friendly as well. Great city with a lot to visit, also hotel is near metro station and taxis are cheap💜

I liked the fast service, the staff is very responsive and polite. The room was clean with everything necessary. Location is very close to the metro, near are many shops. Also there was a reliable internet connection.

Some minor drawbacks include poor heating and noise from a nearby disco.

The only issue was in the stairs as we stayed in third floor and the stairs are spiral , i was afraid about my kid "7 years" to fall when going up or down. but the staff helped me alot, they carried our bags every time we go up or down.. If I was alone or with adult I think I will be more satisfied with it.

Best hotels/apartment at Istanbul! The owner, couple, friendly and helping a lot during our stay in there. They gave me an apartment to stays with a bathtub!. Heaven stays in this hotel!
