Location was close to everything, it was a good value compared with price and was also clean.

Not a good place for a solo traveller, It was a really good place but if you plan to meet new people and have the hostel life in s not the right place for you.

Great location. Very close to Taksim square n Galata and Istiklal. Nice room, lovely terrace to sit on. Well equipped kitchen. Nice big lockers. Grocery, breakfast cafes, laundry all very close by.

There are bars playing super loud music all night all around so be prepared to sleep with noise. And there is no elevator so if you get a room on the 4th floor like we did, then be prepared to climb up and down each time you need something.

Staff were great, and I was late arriving but they were very accommodating! Towel is provided free of charge and the lockers are massive (double door locker which comes with a key as well as under the bed locker (half length of bed as it is bunk) which requires a lock. Location is brilliant, very central and well-lit. Reception and rooms are also great and clean. Noise is not an issue unless you are a very sensitive sleeper, but in that case a shared room would not be suitable anyway.

The bathrooms are good however; The showers on the first floor bathrooms don't have doors so bathroom gets very wet, and second floor toilet says not to flush toilet paper, so... I highly recommend using the showers on the 2nd or 3rd floor (1 bathroom each) and I recommend using the toilet on the 1st (2 bathrooms) or 3rd floor (1 bathroom)

Spacious and well-lit room, great location just near İstiklâl, there's a bus stop nearby, nevertheless it's quiet inside the building. Friendly staff and daily cleaning. The common area on the ground floor is a nice and cosy place, and the internet connection is fast in the entire hostel.

Perhaps the door locker doesn't have to be that loud, it's hard not to bother your roommates when entering or leaving. Somehow there was always water on the bathroom floor, maybe a rug or an extra towel could help resolve that. Also, note that the cornice beams for the bed curtains are not fixed, you need to be careful with those.

I stayed in a private room at the hostel. The staff at the hostel were really nice and friendly. I had a very good chat with Ugur about staying an extra night and he was very helpful and also right - staying an extra night saved me from external events going on in the city. The room is pleasant, it's a good size for one person - not sure how it is for two people. I actually really enjoyed it and would stay there again.

I think this is a general issue across Turkey, cleanliness isn't that strictly adhered to, so the bathroom could have been cleaner than it was. I found multiple strands of hair in the bathroom. The other things, which I do think are out of the hostel's control was there was some external noise from bars and clubs in the area during the night. But some ear plugs would sort that out. The other was the bathroom is very small, drainage isn't the best after having a shower. Although for me these were all minor and I would definitely stay there again.

The hostel offers different little things, such as hair dryers, towels, lockers and tea/ coffee for free, wall plugs, enough storage space per all your things, lamps and curtains. It makes the journey very very comfortable. I found very nice people there. It has this common area full of books and boardgames, which allows you to socialize with the guests. Location is also great. Full of shops,Restaurants and well connected with the center of the city. I wanna say a huge Thanks to Dennis, the receptionist, because he was very helpful to satisfy my curiosity about the city; he was very good to understand and handle a conversation in English ( which is not so common over there). Thank you very much, mate😊😊😊!!! Thank you very very much guys, if I will be back in istanbul, for sure I'm going to come back there.

No complaints at all.

I was a little late before check-in, since it was May 1st and there was a problem with public transport throughout the city, I was very worried that I would be late - a hotel employee wrote to me via WhatsApp, he calmed me down and carefully upon arrival gave me tea and recommended where it is possible to go. Good location, there is a kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, kettle). There are many small supermarkets, shops and eateries in the area. Room service staff always offer a fresh and clean towel upon request. The bathroom is regularly updated with paper, napkins and soap.

Sometimes it was noisy outside, since this is the center of the city, periodically young people gathered on the streets and sang songs. But nevertheless, I slept well.)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hostel Name], and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is perfect—close to major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed for my stay. I particularly appreciated the cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. The staff were truly the highlight of my visit. They were friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality really enhanced my experience.

Lockers: While there were lockers available, it would be helpful to have more, or to improve the security features for added peace of mind. Events and Activities: Offering more organized activities or tours could enhance guest engagement and make it easier for solo travelers to meet others.

The hostel is located close to the city center, making it very easy to get around. The staff is great and always helpful with everything. Especially Deniz and Önder are so hospitable that you feel like you're staying at a friend's house rather than a hostel. The evenings in the lobby are full of fun, and sometimes you feel like staying at the hostel is more enjoyable than going out in the city you came to visit. The hostel was very well located, it was clean and the staff were friendly

Even though it is well located, it is in the middle of a bar and restaurant zone and at night you can hear very loud music from the room which didn’t make it easy to sleep. My room on the last floor had access to the common terrace from the building and they don’t close it late at night and people can still access even though my room is right next to it and again, I could hear people talking loudly late at night. Also it is smoking area but the smoke even got to my room as it was so close. The small terrace/balcony on the ground floor that was connected to the main area is also smoking allowed but as many people smoke at the same time the smoke got through the stairs and it just felt like that was the scent of the hostel unfortunately.
