room and bathroom was not clean

اول از همه که لوکیشن عالیییی هست. تقریبا پیاده به همه جا راه داره. تا اسکله ۲۵ دیقه پیاده روی بود و تا استقلال ۴ دیقه. آقایی که توی رسپشن هست ۲۴ ساعته اونجاست و شدیدا به همه کمک می‌کرد و خیلی راهنمایی میداد هر چی میپرسیدیم. ملافه ها و فضا کاملا تمیز بود. یه بالکن دنج داره برای سیگار کشیدن و نشستن. چایی و آب فری بود. فقط یه نکته ای که هست موقع رزرو از شما کردیت کارت میخواد که من کارت بانکی ایرانم رو دادم و خوشبختانه قبول کرد. هزینه هتل رو هم به یورو و هم لیر میتونید پرداخت کنید. واقعا حیفه نرید اینجا...

برق کتری و یخچال یه جا بود و برای استفاده از کتری باید یخچال رو از برق می‌کشیدیم.

Clean room with good double bed (quality mattress). Full amenities (towels, linen, hair dresser etc.) provided with ensuite WC and shower. Green policy applied. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights around Istiklal and Galata (easy walking level). For other areas is in close distance but depending on the terrain inclination it could be tiring (a good hike). Close to metro station with easy access from the airport by metro (short walking distance - there is a bus line connecting the new airport to the metro system but it takes time as well as the direct airport shuttle to Taxim square). Ask the hotel for private transfer or book it on your own. There is a big staircase at the building entry that leads to an elevator to access upper floors since it is an old building, so take note when booking. Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants close by. Staff is friendly, smiling and helpful as well as available 24/7, if needed. Generally good value for money, a quality choice although central area of the city!

Some small technical issues with the Wi-fi connection but easily solved as well as some minor issues with burnt out light bulbs.

Everything was perfect ! The room was extremely spacious and with all the needed amenities ! The staff was wonderful and always there to help ! The terrace was another hidden gem of this hotel ! Perfect location near everything! Definitely recommend it

Small things that doesn’t get importance at all !

The hotel was at a very convenient location. Literally a 1-2 minute walk away from Istiklal Street, and Galata Tower was a 10-minute walk away. The metro station was also very close. The room was very clean, cozy, and big as well.

My room had some lock issues; it was really hard to unlock the door from the outside, and I had to call the guy at reception to help out a few times during the stay. He was very lovely and helpful but the lock situation could be fixed.

The hotel was in a central hotel convinient for everything

When you get to the door ring the bell so the door can be opened.. I had to go round the building 3 times looking for the entrance..

Room was spacious, clean with tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were very kind and friendly. Amazing location as well.

The lift is on the first floor so you have to go up the stairs (20 or more) to get to the lift. For us it was no problem because we only had backpacks but if you have a heavy suitcase, it would be challenging as their is a bend as well.

It was absolutely beautiful and rustic. 5 minute walk from the famous Istiklal street. There is a club on the next street though you cannot hear the noise from the room. The host helped with all my bags. Theres also an elevator.

Though there is an elevator there is a flight of stairs to get to the first floor. The host carried my very heavy bags but take note if u have heavy luggage. Everything else was amazing.

Excellent location and very kind staff.

Although at first sight, the room seems clean, if you check underneath the bed or the drawers, it seems that it hasn't been cleaned for weeks. Also, the bed sheets and the duvet were full of stains.

The hosy was very helpful and always ready to assist in any request. I liked the fact that it was in the middle of taksim where everything happens and the room was very spaceful.

The fridge wasnt working properly but a minor detail like that wont make ur stay any different. It was great overall
