It was well situated and easy access to most amenities

When in the hospitality trade at least you should be able to speak various languages, clean towels were not l left in the bathroom the staff ended up being us extra duvets. We reported the hairdryer wasn’t working the cleaning ladies were told to check but it wasn’t fixed, I ended having to sleep with wet hair which cause me having a terrible cold and running nose. When guess check out all light bulbs and switches should be checked. The room seemed very dark.

The staff was very helpful and cheerful. Also, the location was perfect and the room was clean

The facilities; the AC in our room was not working properly and also we had an issue with the water pressure in the bathroom

The hotel was within walking distance to the Galata Tower. Approx. 10 min ride to the Bazaar. The room was slightly dim due to the few bulbs not working. Local breakfast options was offered. Overall stay was comfortable and convenient.

Perhaps to check on the lightings in the rooms since not all of it is working. Fresh towels are available, but they may have been slightly old with few loose threads. I guess location might be inconvenient for taxi drivers to drop off (this is just based on my experience taking the taxi)

The staff were amazing. So friendly. So helpful. The location is spot on. There's an amazing spa called Elmira spa, you can ask the receptionist to book it for you. 2 mins walk from the hotel, they're amazing people with amazing services. They will look after you. You cannot get enough shops to browse around here. You will love the buzz of the area.

They could modernise the TV abit. We stayed in the penthouse and there was a huge TV but all in Turkish so we couldn't really watch anything Also some complimentary water would be good.

It was spacious, well equiped and the breakfast was delicious everyday! The appartment was on the third floor, I slept well and the place is in the Galata city center. Well connected to every part od Istanbul.

My partner brought ear plugs for noise cancellation during the night, so you should prepare if you wake up easily.

Great location right near the center of Istiklal Street. Lots of restaurants and bars just outside the door. Excellent breakfast every morning. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice. The hotel/airport shuttle service was also very nice in a clean a spacious van.

Not a complaint because I was very aware, but Istanbul is a city that doesn't sleep much. There is a party every night till 4-5 am. The cleanup begins about an hour later.

very hood location, just under the hotel there is restaraunts, bars, pharmacy and groceries. Staff was always friendly, caring and helped with everything we asked for. Rooms arent very big, but clean and has everything we needed, also the view from balcony was mesmerizing. I would probably suggest this hotel and book it again when I come back to Istanbul!

Everything was perfect. The room was clean the bed and the shower was clean. We found everything very good. The place is perfect. You can visit everything with walking, si you don’t need taxi or a car. The personal is very very friendly, they help us with everything.

The Inventar is not the newest but is still ok. Just what bothers us a little bit was the bar next to the hotel. The bass from the Musik is a little bit loud and you can hear in the room. But is normal for the location.

This hotel was excellently located for shopping close to Istiklal street, and is also a good base to explore Istanbul. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable hotel.

Advisable to request a room on a higher floor, to avoid some of the noise from the restaurants below the hotel.

Receptionister, Room boy and all personal including kitchen lady are very polite, service minded and pleasant looking with care about us during our stay.

Noicy during the night outside the hotel because there are many bars and restaurants very closer to our hotel.
