From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed — it wasn’t just a check-in, but a warm and personal interaction, with little touches like a simple “How are you doing?” that made all the difference. I especially want to mention the older woman at the front desk — she truly is the heart of the hotel. She made me feel right at home, like a caring “mama” figure. Her friendliness, warmth, and golden heart left a lasting impression on me. To the owner or manager: I truly hope you read this — she is an absolute gem and a huge asset to your business. Before booking the hotel, I had some hesitation because of a few negative reviews on Google Maps, so I didn’t have high expectations. But honestly, everything turned out perfect — from the cleanliness to the other facilities. What made the biggest difference was the kindness of the hotel staff. I’ve forgotten their names, but I especially want to mention the lady working the early shift who served us breakfast, and the young man on the night shift. They were always helpful and I really enjoyed our conversations. The room was quite large and spacious, with a kettle provided. There’s also free coffee and tea available at reception any time, and breakfast was included. Some people mentioned noise from nearby clubs, but to be honest, I didn’t hear a thing as I always returned to the hotel quite late. Overall, a great experience.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely exceptional! The location could not be more central – you literally step out from the reception and find yourself right in the beating heart of Istanbul. The staff were beyond amazing: incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly, sociable, full of empathy, and always ready to assist or offer excellent advice for exploring the city. The perfect balance of tasteful luxury and chic minimalism made the atmosphere both stylish and extremely comfortable.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike – every detail exceeded expectations.

The location was perfect, close to the clubs. We were there to have a good time, and the location was perfect for that. The room was okay for the price we paid. Oooh good smell on those towels....very comfortable bed.

The cleaning lady knocked twice, then opened the door at 11am. Checkout time is 12....and besides don't they have to check if people have checked out or not before....Next time we'll double lock the door if possible.

Location Was good n easy access to tram and taxi's. However it was noisy at night due to club being next door and thin walls meant u could hear lot of noise. Next to our room was noisy couple n we had nightmare coz they fought 4 am in morning. Room was clean but small Bed was comfy Bathroom was too small n had no place to put soap n toiletries. Reception was nice Breakfast was arranged in sister hotel meaning u had to walk to it for 3 min which was nuisance. Breakfast was below average just good enough to stop u from starving. Overall ok

Front desk members were so helpful about anything. Enough and Nice breakfast with delicious coffee. Location was the best. There are night clubs on the same street but it didnt bothered me. Alive location.

Once we settled in to the correct room, we were fairly comfortable throughout our stay.

My stay was for 6 nights, initially the room they gave me was not what I booked (not like the pictures and much smaller than what I was expecting) the staff then moved me into the suite I paid for the next day. Location is noisy, club right outside that plays loud music till 4am. But it is in the heart of Istiklal Street so a bit of a catch 22. Breakfast was included but over at Maroon Palace which was a approx 5 minute walk away. This was not made clear at the time of our booking. A few hiccups but worth the value of money, staff are friendly enough and housekeeping was consistent.

this hotel was the best so far in the city. the location is very central in istanbul and very easy to reach everywhere. the staff really helped me with everything in the hotel and also about istanbul! clean and cute rooms! thank you!<3

Very nice location!!! Taksim Square and every shops, cafes are near. The receptionist Ms.Hawa Nur was sooooo helpful 😍😍😍 She helped me with everything, advised me about some places, even called to the places just to know the prices and I was so pleased with the service I received from her.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff are very polite and helpful.
