There was a noticable sewer smell coming from the toilet every time we came back to the room. That's the only negative I can think of, but everything else in this hotel exceeded our expectations: location, interior, staff and overall value.

Easy to find location,basicly on Istical street. At the same time quite and private. Every attraction was realy easy to get from there, walking or with public transportation, depends of what is good for somebody. Safe location, so you could stay out until late hours.Rooms is cleand every day. Personel was wery frendly and kind, always there when you need them. Especialy Cumhur Bayrak🙂🤗 Defenitly value for the money. We will come back,and 100% stay at the same hotel. No need to change a good things. Thank you for everything. See you soon❤️♥️

Location is great, it is basicly on Istiklal street. There are many shops avaliable around. We were very close to Karakoy-Beyoglu tunel, so the old city was easy to reach. It is clean, there is room service avaliable every day. The staff is awesome, very frinedly and at the same time professional. Price was great for three nights. We did not book breakfast, so I don’t know how is that arranged. Search for a parking space before you arrive, public parking is not avaliable for foreingers, so we found private one. It was 500 lira for one day. We were pleased.

It was a bit noisy, but that is normal based on location, which is Istiklal street, one that is noisy by itself. The bathroom had persistent smell from pipes, but that is usual thing in most of hotels, we closed the door and had no isuess with that. Also, wi fi could be a bit better. But I would stay here again.

I had the utmost pleasure staying at this conveniently located property, staffed by the most professional individuals. The establishment is impeccably clean and tidy, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay near the vibrant Istiklal Avenue, Taksim bars, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The rooms are well air-conditioned and pleasantly quiet. The standout feature for me was the exceptionally accommodating and kind staff. I was particularly impressed by Cumhur and Mahmoud, who went above and beyond, even assisting me with some matters after I had left the country. I highly recommend this place, especially for those planning to spend most of their time exploring the city.

We booked two rooms, the double room was pretty small for two people and the bathroom a little bit moldy. The superior double room was great, very clean and enough space for two. The staff at the hotel was super helpful, the owner even called our taxi driver in advance to give him directions. The wifi worked great during the day, in the evening it sometimes was quite slow. The location of the hotel is great, with sights, restaurants and public transportation closeby.

This is my second time I stay here. I liked everything about this hotel. Mr Cumhur and the other gentleman were super nice and helpful. The room is clean and you have all the facilities like coffee, kettle, toiletries, AC and fridge. The location is top, in the heart of Istiklal street but still quiet, the price is great as well.

Staff very friendly, I think one staff name Jumhoor Baik was very helpful and kind. The location was excellent in the middle of Takseem center. Staff allowed me in the room very early before check in time

The bathroom was very small and there leak in the flasher tank which made the bathroom water seep on the floor. Cooking small in the bathroom

Amazing hotel! 1-There are available in the room great facilities: kettle, tea bags, coffee, cups, slipper, towels. 2-It’s super clean. 3-The property also provides a transfer from/to airport with really good cars (VIP transfer) 4-The staff is very polite and helpful, speaking English and helping with all the questions.

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. If there is something that does not suit you, they will try to solve it immediately. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz! :) The location is excellent, right next to Istiklal street, near Taksim Square and Galata Tower. The parking (garage) is across the street, 200 TL/day. The room is clean, air-conditioned, tidy, bed is comfortable, safety box in the closet, free wifi. Elevator.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went to the extra mile to make me very comfortable. Special thanks to the morning guy in the front desk. The room was good; it was just a little too small for a big guy like me. However, I saw that they have bigger rooms, so, I guess I should have selected that one. The place is super clean and location in very center to it all.
