Very well located, 3 mins from Istiklal midway between Taksim Square and Galata tower. Breakfast is very good for a 3* hotel with a superb view from the rooftop terrace. Rooms are clean and room service is very good. Excellent experience overall.

The bed size is Double which is too small for a tall person. The closet is a too small for a room for 3 people. We left our clothes in the bags for the duration of the stay (8 nights) There was some noise during the weekend only but honestly not strong enough to prevent us from sleeping.

a bit far away from attractions but not far from metro - we are just not used to using public transport so spent a lot on taxis

Very nice staff and amazing facilities, with gym, sauna, and breakfast in a rooftop with amazing views. Room was a good size with mini bar, closet, safe, slippers, AC and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom had plenty of towels and ammenities, haidryer and double shower. Breakfast was varied and always replaced until the end of breakfast time.

Bathroom door should have been a sliding one to a more practical use of the hairdrier, but nothing too anoying.

I am really fascinated with the place which is outstanding in everything. The most lovely thing is the staff there. They are extremely helpful especially Mr. Samy the receptionist, he is extraordinary person. Ms israa the restaurant manager is fantastic women. She is always flying to help all people like a wonderful butterfly, I am really appreciating all their efforts. These two persons are the most important reason to chose Troya hotel as my home in Istanbul. One notice to be mentioned is the maintenance at the property which became less in quality compared to my last stay two months ago.

A closer focus on property maintenance needs to be generated. Maintenance becomes a pit annoying compared to its previous perfect standards which I experienced during all my previous stays at Troya over last 4 years.

Small room Little bit noisy at night especially high floors

When we arrived to the room we saw that it's a little bit small,we were 3 girls with a lot of staff, when we go the the desk resapsion we ask if we can have a bigger room,and they caindly answer that in 2 days there will be a room,and they change it for us...they always want to help and quide us how to go,they order taxi for us with a price from start so they wont charge us a lot only because we are tourist, the breakfast was very good with a lot of oppions, very clean and all the stuff is very nice.

the perfect location for a tourist cos there is a big parking place next to it and istiklar and all the nightlife, cafes, bars, food and stuff are near

if you stay at Saturday and booked at the last floor of the hotel there mihgt be a live music show just above your head// ps it ends relatively early around 01:00

Amazing location, beautiful view from the terrace, very clean - housekeeping ladies were very nice. Room renovated, in pretty good condition. I liked that we couldn’t hear anything from other rooms - great sound proofing.

Everything was great. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable, good location (just off Istiklal str, close to Galata tower). Breakfast on the roof top, variety of food (with constant refill). The first day we came there was something wrong with the bathroom light, they fixed it right the way. I would definitely come back.
