Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Clean and comfortable room, tasty food and perfect location on Istiklal street. It is very easy to get there and the staff is willing to help with every question and in every situation.

Just a friendly suggestion to hotel staff. The taxi driver that you have arranged charged us additionally 40 euros although we have already setteled it and pay to you the full price of 45 euros. So in total the transfer costed us 85 euros instead of 45 as we have agreed and payed to you. Please be aware of the taxi driver, he is very bad reputation for your hotel

Perfect location. The child had his own normal bed, not a pull-out one, so she can sleep well. The room is spacious enough. There is everything you need - a fridge, coffee/tea, slippers, clean towels and bed linen every day. Bright, because of three windows. Good water pressure in the shower. And, surprisingly, the little hairdryer was powerful enough to dry your hair in one go. Breakfast is prepared on a plate for each person, but it is delicious and completely enough to eat well. Delicious coffee. Nice hosts. Perfect for the price. And what was most important, compared to another hotel on the same street - it does not smell like cigarettes. That was a big bonus.

Excellent location, next to Istiklal, close to Taksim square and Galata tower. The room was equipped with all the amenities such as soap, tea, boiler etc and was very clean. The staff was very helpful and gave us useful information about the city.

The room was slightly different from what we saw on booking.com. Our room was located on the side, facing a night club which made it super hard to sleep as the music was on until 05:00. We also didn't like the breakfast as you could not choose what you want to eat. We were given a "pre-made" plate with a few things on it, hence we only ate breakfast only 1/4 nights...

Outstanding family run hotel .. The service started from the moment you booked the hotel from arranging the airport transfers.. The Room is very clean and comfortable..felt like staying in a new hotel . The friendliness of the staff makes you feel you came to a relatives place for vacation Arranged hamam and suggested good restaurants. The staff were really friendly, helpful and incredibly welcoming, especially Ilmaz from reception, he even let us to check in earlier. I thank him a million for that! The location of the hotel is nice, easily accessible to all transports and attractions, few steps from busiest Istikbal Street, the room was comfortable with great view, with good breakfast prepared by Mujhgen, sweetest and kindest lady who gave us many helpful advises. we had a very nice stay at this hotel, it felt like family. Special thank you Ilmaz and Mujhgen for your hospitality, much appreciated.

The best part about this hotel is its incredible location. It's tucked away on a side street, but it's just a minute walk to Istiklal Street. We could easily walk to the main train station and all the major sights are within 15 to 20 minutes by publictransport. The neighborhood itself was fantastic, with a lively atmosphere and plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping centres and markets to explore. Being so centrally located saved us a lot of time.

The simple hotel is located directly near the busy street (Istiklal). The area is naturally noisy, as it is in the centre of Istanbul, but it is safe and in a good location. The host, having a room available, offered us a larger room with a terrace overlooking the sea, for which we were very grateful throughout our stay. If you walk down Yeni Carsi Street from the hotel to Tophane, you will find lots of great places.

Ismail the host is a GEM OF A PERSON, he was always available, never said no to trying to make our stay more comfortable, he was extremely cooperative and kind and always met us with a smile, he even saw us off to the taxi for final good byes, it honestly felt like were staying with family and he made sure our stay was super wholesome! The location is prime if you want to be near taksim/beyoglu/Galata and there's a lot of shopping and food options. Totally worth it. Loved it! Will stay again!

Honestly, I have visited many countries in my life and stayed in biggest 5 stars chains hotels but this family-run hotel is a different story to me. I felt part of the family ♥️, everyone is super nice, hospital and helping... I got to know them one by one and always felt super welcomed whenever they saw me✨️. It was the best vacation I had so far. Istanbul is graceful, beautiful charming city and the hotel is located right into the corner in the middle of the best street in Istanbul (Istiklal Street). Metro is available on both ends of the street only 12 minutes walk. Everything was perfect, especially the balcony with the sea view 😍 the perfect morning stretchings and then coffee ☕️ 👌.. Thank you team for making my long awaited vacation the best one so far✨️✨️

Location of hotel was perfect, everything was very close. We are fascinated by Ismail's hospitality, he is truly a great person. Whatever request we had, he made it happen in matter of minutes. We were checking out on Labour day and all Taksim area was closed, so we couldnt get taxi to the airport, so he walked with us for 3 kilometers, and found us taxi with normal price (because that day everyone was asking for 5 times more than regular fare) and even called us after we left to airport to check if we arrived safely. Everyone else was also very nice and kind and did their best to make us feel like at home. We would definetly recommend this hotel.
