Highly recommend !! Staying at this wonderful hotel in Istanbul for 3 nights was an unforgettable experience. A warm hospitality , it truly felt like a home . And impeccable service made every moment special. I can’t wait to return to this hidden gem in the heart of Istanbul. Location: near to taksim (2min) and Istanbul’s major attractions. Transport: easy access to metro , bus ,taxi …. Reception: the hotel staff went to make my stay comfortable (24h/24) Safety ,security and hygiene. And i can’t finish without talking about a special person : Majed . I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to him for ensuring my stay was exceptional . He truly made a difference in my experience.

Location is great just a few minutes from Istiklal street. The staff at the reception were great and very understanding especially Mr. Majed,was super attentive, he helped is in checking in, took care of our needs and made us very comfortable. Highly recommended

Small a bit small in size. In winter heating was on was it became quite warm in the room without a fan.

We loved how readily available the staff was to help and how nice they were. We appreciated their willingness to work above and beyond our language barriers and even when we had a small emergency and needed to go to the hospital, they were able to assist and get us there within mins. They organized our shuttle services to and from the airport and our PCR tests where the nurse came to our home and took care of everything within a few hours. We enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back on our next tour.

Due to covid-19, the spa and gym services were closed but online and on booking.com it said they were available. As a group of athletic individuals, we were hoping we could enjoy those services but understand why we couldn't. There were lots of issues with our keys. For nine people divided into four rooms, we only received one key per room and they often would stop working. The desk consistently gave us new ones but it was hard to organize activities knowing some folks may or may not be locked out.

It was nice and clean the staff was also very supportive and respectful especially Mr Majied the receptionist he was absolutely good and helpful person I hope to see you soon when we are back in Istanbul

Nice location, great people and nice rooms! The heater stopped working and we got upgraded to a even better room immediately! Good service 👍😄 also liked the workout room, sauna and pool

Pool couldve been hot. At least small pool on top. Maybe it said it was cold on the website i just didnt check😅

We spent a beautiful week on that hotel Very convenient, comfortable, safe, clean. Excellent location close to main station, market and restaurants. special thanks to mr. Majed to make our stay so comfortable and give us a lot of informations to visit places and help us with all what we need

Breakfast was excellent. Gym was great. Pool was exceptional. The hotel's staff was very professional and helpful. The venue is accessible and strategicaly located near key areas of interest.

Could not think of any. Instead, I strongly recommend the hotel to other travellers and friends.

It was a very nice experience to be in Taksim square specially in this hotel which is very near to all activities, the reception guy called "Majed" was very helpful and give advice for all activities

The experience at the hotel was very good. The service is amazing specially by Mr. Majed. He is very polite and friendly plus the service is very fast. The location is very good since it's close to taksim square as well as the public transportation.
