The staff are the absolute best. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out everyone was very polite, welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. We checked in at 2am (very late) and they upgraded our room. They even offered us a complimentary breakfast for one of the days (which unfortunately we didn’t use) and offered us free iced lattes. They booked us the airport transfer and was able to communicate via WhatsApp. The room is super modern with wooden flooring and marble tiles in the toilet. There is Bluetooth connection with built in speakers. Water is free. The cleaning is exceptional. The hotel has a cute garden as well as a terrace on the last floor with a beautiful view.

The rooms at this hotel are very spacious and modern. The staff are really delightful . We enjoyed the daily breakfast in the garden. Our stay at this hotel was overall a nice experience

The only thing I would mention is that its a nice hotel and the location is 5 minutes from the high street and shops etc. That said, the location of the hotel is on a hill and a little sketchy. The location and the separate entrance to the rooms surprised us. But the actual room and hotel was a nice experience.

The ULTIMATE experience was the hospitality of Hotel's Staff GREAT guys. They even organized a surprise birthday party for my kid, after they noted in his passport that was his BD. Location is excellent, just 100m from İstiklal. With various selection of restaurants, bars, super markets etc. Spacious rooms, especially the apartment with 2 bedrooms & a living room. Dailly cleaning with changing towels. Nice and relaxing garden. GREAT variety at breakfast

Building is a bit old, but rooms are renovated and very clean. Back rooms are a bit noisy (Front rooms, NO Noise) As you are in central area, it;s VERY busy at night. NO view

What a wonderful experience! My children and I loved the hotel and were blown away by how hospitable the staff is. From the reception to the servers - everyone was extremely welcoming, warm, and generous. The location is excellent (very close to the most vibrant Istiklal, Galata etc. ), breakfast was delicious, and the absolutely adorable hotel dog sealed the deal. Had a really great time and will most definitely be back. Kudos to the entire team for all that they do.

I loved our stay here at Walton's Gardens. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. They even surprised us with a birthday cake and sang to us as it was my partner's birthday whilst we were. The rooms are lovely and clean and spacious as is the whole of the hotel. I loved Arus the hotel dog who was so cute. Breakfast was lovely and it is in a great location and central to the main town.

It could be a little bit noisy at night as our room was towards the front of the hotel on the main road, other than that everything was perfect.

They just forgot to deliver quickly some meds to my friend (in an other room) but it was my fault as we left in a hurry to the airport.

Location was excellent; just a 2 minutes walk from the famous Istiklal shopping street. The one bedroom appartment was spotlessly clean, Bathrooms were small but were clean and served the purpose. The breakfast was like made to order but was presented in a very nice and professional manner. The food preparations were too good and laid out nicely. The staff at the front desk were helpful, they offered us complimentary Turkish tea/ coffee everytime, we entered the hotel from outside. Every person in this small hotel were very friendly, helpful and professional. My thanks to Mr. Kan, Ms. Nigar, Mr. Kirib and every other junior staff who made my stay a memorable one. We in fact checked into this hotel twice in our trip and have also recomended our friends to do the same when they visit Turkey. It is a big value for money.

Bathrooms were a bit small, but, did served our purpose. No other issue as such.

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff very nice. The location perfect for visiting Istanbul city center. Room was excellent and at our arrival we were offered to chose between to wonderful rooms.

Affordable luxury at it's best! We've booked the queen suite room but to our surprise we've been upgraded to the king suite . Woww! The room is georgous - immaculately clean and very tasteful interior design. The hotels’ location is perfect, only a 2-minute walk to the Istiklal Street. The staff is considerate, warm and very welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make sure that my stay would be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The breakfast is also delicious and offers a wide variety of breakfast dishes. I‘ll definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the Walton Gardens Pera!
