Great location, just one cross street separates you from Istiklal Street, close to the bus, good value for money, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Mustafa from the reception 🙂

The hotel has seen better days, it is not clean enough, although the staff cleans the room every day, the noise can really disturb your sleep, an unpleasant smell in the hallway and in the bathroom, especially if it has been raining. But if you are a simple traveler like us, all this is less important than the beautiful moments you will experience in Istanbul.

We stayed 7 nights at this hotel. The location is amazing, and the hotel is close to shops and restaurants. The shopping mall is less than 4 minutes walk away. Our host, Mustafa, was amazing and helpful. Overall, I had an amazing experience, and we loved our stay.

Friday and Saturday nights can be a bit noisy as the locals gather to enjoy the nightlife of Istanbul.

Perfect location. Helpful staff. Great room, although it was very noisy from the streets on the Friday evening. Bed was nice. I loved the fact that I had a balcony in my room. I had hot water and aircon worked great.

Replace the paper cups with normal paper cups in the room for tea and coffee. The batroom was super clean and the room was neat, however the mould on teh shower floor needs to be removed with mould stain remover. Mould or mildew are toxic for health. Other than that, I'll stay there again. Great, good hotel management.

The location was fantastic it was near İstiklal st., and bus stop, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful thanks to mustafa, safa and gokhan they made our stay very comfortable The street was a little bit noisy at night because of the close pubs specially in weekend, we stayed in a triple room it was a spacious room but it needs some renovation

The cushions were not comfortable All Turkish TV channels Lack of soundproofing in the window especially with the sound of the disco until dawn

We liked the big space that we had in our room because we had convenience, also we liked the room cleaning that was there every day to clean and the receptionist guys that were there 24 hours to help us!!

We didn’t like that much the window doors that couldn’t lock and the ac that sometimes brought in our room the cigarette smoke from others

Building is at angle, some rooms on main street are across rooftop bars with noise 11pm-4am, others on the back alley more quiet and ear plugs are enough there Jacuzzi was out of service

Everything was great

We have faced a lot of troubles with the lights during the day. The light started being ON and OFF randomly, and during nights as well. And this had woken us up all the nights. It wasn't a big deal, but we had to take off our card from the cardholder to achieve a silent night

Being so close to Istiklal made it easy to explore every corner of Istanbul. The room was clean and peaceful. The bed was extra cozy and supportive. Staff greeted us kindly each time. Also cafes and restaurants around the hotel was also great we tried a few ones.

Slippers are not provided at first, we had to request it

The stay was great. The hotel is close to all amenities. The hotel is clean and the staff is excellent. I thank Mustafa, the receptionist, and Ahmed as well. When I travel to Türkiye, this will be my place to stay. Next time.
