Nice property with perfect location,  kind and friendly staff especially Mr. Ali. Thanx all staff for their kindly assist us to spend beautiful and comfy time in this apaprtment. Clean and spacious with all provided rooms. I wanna point my huge satisfaction, and we wish to visit this nice place again.

Considering the price, the room was very good. By no means 5 star but it was exactly what I wanted, clean and comfortable. The reception staff could do enough for you and would always ask if there was anything I needed, whether additional cleaning or simply advice on the local area and things to do. The bed was very comfortable with clean pressed cotton linen and duvet. The rooms all had underfloor heating, which was much appreciated during my November stay. There are two air conditioners/heaters, one in the open plan room and one in the bedroom. I was on the 6th floor (602), and I had excellent city views. The kitchen units did have a little wear & tear but were completely functional. Overall, great value for money and an excellent location with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. FYI, the hotel sits on top on 3 kebab shops, the one immediately to the left as you walk out of the hotel was my favourite.

There wasn't much not to like, if you stay here expecting a 5 star hotel, you're going to be disappointed but you get what you pay for and I was very happy with what that was.

The staff are amazing, they go out of their way to ensure that you feel the warmth of Istanbul. From buying us a meal because we had not had an opportunity to draw lira, and he didn't want us to pay more by swiping our card; to another staff member giving us his cellphone charger, because we'd forgotten ours in Italy. There are so many instances when they just made us feel so at home. For this alone, I would recommend this establishment.

The interior of the apartment could do with an upgrade. That said, it was really comfortable.

The location was very good and very colse to Taksim square and Esteklal street with lots of resturants and grociery shops around. The staff were very nice. Especially we are grateful to Ali for his help.

The sofa bed could be improved. They could be cleaner as well. Also, the kitechen utnsiles can be more complete.

Very friendly and helpful team working, they were very responsive for our requests. The rooms were clean and equipped, cleaning is done regularly. Clean bathrooms. Small kitchenette with dishwasher. Availability of elevator which is important when you travel with luggage. Possibility to get an airport shuttle for a reasonable price without stress.

As everywhere in Istanbul it can be noisy outside, but if we kept the windows shut, they block the noise quite well.

The location was perfect. Everything was accessible nearby. The bus stop was right outside our door. The stores are nearby as well.

There was not really anything that we didn’t like.

The property itself was amazing. Everything was clean and it was so spacious with everything we needed. There was a safety deposit safe for no extra cost, as well as AC in both the bedroom and the main living room. The location was perfect - there are so many food places right below the apartments, and Taksim Square is a 5 minute walk away. The whole area is always alive, especially at night. There is a bus stop right outside the property, and there is a metro service near to Taksim Square. We easily travelled to Fatih and Sultanhamet this way, but it could be walked as well (however walking back will be uphill which may be difficult). The reception staff were super helpful too, answering all our questions and offering advice. We would definitely stay here again and I would 100% recommend it.

Everything was amazing! It's more than ample space for two people. Very clean and tidy apartment. Very clean bathroom, especially. It is easily accessible by public transport, really close to Taksim Square. The facilities were absolutely great, especially the soundproof windows. We heard zero noise from the street during our entire stay. We wanted for nothing while staying at the Element Residence. Last but not least, THE STAFF IS AMAZING! The entire team at Element Residence is extremely professional and beyond polite. They will go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable during your stay. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. Will definitely stay here whenever we visit again!

Special mention to Burak. He goes all the way to make our stay comfortable. From check in, we arrived early and few minutes we were allowed. He explained how to DIY visit some tourist attractions in Istanbul.

Nothing. Our 1 night stay was amazing.

The location was incredible, its 2 minute away from Nevizade street and taksim by foot, and the hotel itself is facing the street so even if you come with a car or a taxi it won’t be a hassle to get to the hotel The street outside felt safe to walk in even late at night as there are restaurants and shops that are always open The view from the hotel is lovely too. The staff were really friendly and so helpful about everything, also incredibly kind. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and comfortable The beds were also very comfortable. Also, they had a washing machine so thats definitely a plus. Everything about this hotel was comfortable, truly a home away from home and this won’t be our last time visiting

This isn’t the hotels fault, however it is very loud at night due to the cars outside, but me and my family did not mind and we even slept with the windows open most of the time. However if you are sensitive to loud noises then just keep this in mind, otherwise the hotel is perfect.
