First, the hotel had an amazing price/quality ratio, especially for the New Year's holiday period. Second, it's very close to Taksim square and Istiklal Avenue. Third, it's in a safe part of town, directly on the main Tarlabashi Avenue (Tarlabaşı in Turkish) not in the "rough" steep working-class areas down the hill where many hotels and apartments are located. Fourth, ALL the employees are extremely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a bit too basic compared to other things. I would've given it a 10/10 if not for this small issue.

The hotel location was amazing just 5 minutes walk from istklal street as well there was a bus stop Infront of the hotel which offers a good link to many of the historical places. The room was clean, well equipped with all facilities if you are planning to be outside the whole day. Finally, I would repeat the experience for the price, good value for money and for the amazing location, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

I think they need to work on the breakfast, however my friend liked it too much. As well many local shops were around for a proper Turkish breakfast. As well, it was a bit noisy in the morning as it was on the main street, like all the hotels near taksim square. It was not a problem for us as we always started our day in the early morning.

Great place, wonderful staff, great location As its very cosy falimy run hotel, every floor has two rooms. You feel like having your own floor if you book two or more rooms. The breakfast had some okish selections, as it's a very small hotel, The food outlets are just across the road many more places within 5 minutes of walk

We really enjoyed our stay at Napolyon Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful and they really made us feel welcome. Our room was very comfortable and a good size. The bathroom was luxurious and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The location was perfect, a short walk to the main shopping street with numerous public transport options available to take us to all main tourist attractions. Highly recommended!

I stayed at napolyon hotel for one nights and I had a great experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Only thing I didn’t like was that there were quite a few hairs on my bedsheets. Maybe this is just a one time thing?

Everything was excellent. There was easy access to Istiklal Street and Taksim Square, as well as convenient access to bus and metro stations. The room was large and clean. The staff, especially the hotel manager Ms. Sahar, were very helpful and provided a lot of guidance. Thank you for everything, and I definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were decent and comfortable enough. The stafffs were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, since it was close to the metro station and there was a lot of shops nearby.

The hotel is amazing, the reception staff provide good service, the hotel is in an excellent location close to everywhere. The room is very good and the staff of the hotel is very nice with a smile. The hotel staff made sure to wish me happy birthday. I recommend ordering.

When I arrived, the lamp did not work and I had a problem with the shower! but the staff tried hard to fix it ASAP! I have a special thank you to the guy that was for the evening reception, he was so responsible and kind!

The hotel has a so old building! And my room on the first floor was so noisy, totally the street of the hotel was so close to the centre and crowded so it made the room so noisy, especially the first floor!
