Location of the hotel, very friendly and approachable stuff, room was very spacious and clean. I recommend if you're looking for a good price-to-value place.

The window in my room could not be entirely closed, but luckily it was warm enough outside. Also, the shower was leaking a little.

• a very cozy and comfortable place. • located 5 minutes away from taksim (you can easily walk). • there’s many markets near by that you can buy any needful items at anytime. • Everyone in the reception are super friendly especially (suzan, melek, and besiyr). • Suzan is so sweet she also helped us to find some parks in istanbul. • they arranged for us the airport transport and it was super comfortable. • i will definitely stay again if i came back to istanbul.

The room was spacious and the staff was really courteous, especially Suzan! She made us feel at home and paid a lot of attention to ensure we were comfortable.

The location had an upside as well as downside - it was really close to Istiklal street which was a major plus but the street itself right outside jacaranda was not very clean. As it's surrounded by pubs, it used to get a little noisy but with closed windows it didn't bother us much.

The location and hospitality was insanely good! If you ask, you get free tee, Turkish coffee and water. Everything was clean and got cleaned up every day. The fact having a nice city hotel like the Jakaranda for a very reasonable price is just a great deal for a city trip.

You could hear every little step and noice in the entire hotel. It wasn’t bad but sometimes a little frustrating waking up at 6am due to annoying sounds.

good location. walking distance to lots of restaurants, nightlife and Taksim rd. we were on the 5th floor and didn’t notice much noise. rooms were a reasonable size and the bathroom was very modern. fantastic value for the money. checkin was lightning fast. very friendly staff

the view from the room was a bit meh 🤷🏻‍♂️. Lift was very small. fitting 2 people with luggage was unbelievably tight 😆. aircon could have been a bit stronger. all in all would highly recommend here and would definitely stay there again

the road to the property was full of bars and noisy at night but it did not affect our stay
