The location is excellent for walking around. There are many nice restaurants nearby, and a couple of old passages with all kinds of shops. This area has an old town atmosphere, very picturesque. Nearby you have the "İstiklal Cd." a street where an old tram runs and has a lot of nice shopping and historical buildings, including the Church of Saint Antoine. The apartments are well furnished, clean and comfortable. I ended up moving to a larger apartment than I originally booked, so I saw two variants. The first one was a nice studio for one person or a couple, and the last one was very spacious with a living room with two sofas and a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a small desk. The bathroom had a nice shower stall and a toilet seat / bidet combination. Water was hot and plentiful. The kitchenette had a mini fridge, a microwave oven and a kettle for making breakfast. You need to go up the stairs, one or two floors, and announce yourself so they come and take you to the apartment. Turul was very helpful with checking in and through my stay, and he set up a day tour of Istanbul for me. Thanks, all was very good.

We spent 8 nights in the hotel, it met all our expectations, the room is large and fully equipped. Located is very close to all the most important monuments in the city. Next to it there are many local cafes, shops and restaurants where you can feel the local atmosphere. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly at all times, especially Tugrul, who made us feel taken care of every moment. Thank you, we will definitely come back to your hotel...

Everything was perfect, we would like to stay more time in this hotel

The rooms are very clean, everything is like new - from the furniture, tv and minibar, to the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable, the room was warm(February), yet you can put the air condition on if you wish. Sleep was good, even when the street down is alive at night. We tried two rooms, as we had to extend our stay unexpectedly - both were superb. Wifi signal is fine, there's some stuff by the providers here in general. The staff are polite and fullfilled all of our requests. The area around is superb, there are streets full of restaurants and bars like 1-2 min away, the main Istiklal str and Taksim sqr are 5-10min walk, a convenient bus station on 2 min.

Be prepared that tv channels are 99% in turkish (but then again it's same in most hotels I guess), but you can watch your own media if you have some on usb

We spent 4 nights at this hotel with my sister and were pleasantly surprised by Naim's hospitality. Any of our requests were fulfilled, Naim was in touch and always helped and answered any of our questions regarding spending time in Istanbul since we were in this city for the first time. He and his team repeatedly found everything we asked for and gave it without charging any money, which is very rare in tourist cities, you know;) As a traveler who has visited more than 45 countries, I have only encountered such attention to guests in Indonesia and Thai, and now Istanbul has been added to this list due to the StayHub team. Since the hotel is located on a busy street, I can’t say our room has good soundproofing, but for us it wasn’t an issue, as we explored the city all day and coming back home tired so immediately falling asleep

The team was very helpful with any request we had. Special thanks to Tugrul bey. Everything we asked for was resolved very quickly. They helped us with taxi as well. And kept our suitcases after the checkout. The apartment is newly renovated and was very clean. Location is central as we wanted.

Not related to the host but that area in general is quite noisy, you just have to know it if you travel with kids and make your choice. For younger people it would probably not be a problem. We came for treatment so location was important for us.

Location is great, 4 min to Istiklal, yet there are local cheaper cafes and markets just around the corner. Bus and metro stops are close. Rooms are renovated and fresh. That’s not a typical hotel experience, more of an airbnb- no reception or breakfasT, but guys are super friendly and helpful, provided everything we asked for almost immediately. I’d stay here again.

Very loud at nights - yet this is understandable, taking into account location.

The location was great. The management were nothing short of outstanding. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary during which was a long two-week trip, beginning in Ankara, then Cappadocia, and ending in Istanbul. The hotel gave us an upgrade and provided us with a bottle of wine. Great people. Again, the location is great. The place was very comfortable, and we felt very secure. We were well looked after.

There could have been more kitchen utensils, but I understand the place is new and improving. The management was very responsive, however. No complaints. These are minor improvements.

It was close to istiklal street and galata tower and also to the bus station. Very accessible to anything around either restaurants or Istiklal street. The staff was very polite and helped with the luggage. He was very responsive and friendly.

There’s no daily cleaners. Very loud area however when you’re super tired you won’t feel it much.

The location was very close and walking distance to major landmarks and safe during the day and evening (avoid going out very late at night in general in the city). There was a bus stop right outside of the hotel which was so useful as we used public transport to get to and from many places. The staff were extremely helpful and sorted out any problems we had as soon as they could! They gave us an extra room as we were early for check in and at the end of the stay after check out kept our baggage for us in the hotel until we left. Overall really really pleased with the service!

Due to the location being near bustling and busy streets, at night it would get a little loud but it was nothing very major!

The rooms are clean and everything is brand new with quite comfortable beds and 24 hours available wifi connection. There is no lift in the building so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down, also you can always ask the staff for help :) The hotel is very well heated which is great for the winter months but you can turn on the air conditioning if you want. The streets around are very lively, full of bars and restaurants, so you feel safe in the area. Very easy access from Taksim Square or Istiklal Street and very close to public transportation.
