Staff is very helpful and kind , anything I asked they helped me .. the receptionists are very good and polite guys ! Internet working very good. Rooms get cleaned everyday. Coffee water and tea and towels new , fresh everyday.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city 1 min walk to Istiklal street. Very comfortable to get to anywhere from there . Bus station is two mins away ( Omer Hyam ) which has buses to everywhere . Tram way station ( Tophane ) is 15 mins walking so is very very easy to get to everywhere from this place. If I will visit Istanbul again. I will definitely choose the same hotel

the hotel comfort and the price-quality rate are very good for this small hotel...I enjoyed the lunch there and teh ospitality of teh personnel of the hotel...I suggest you to try once in Istanbul

the distance from the Blue Mosque and teh Hagia Sofia and the fact that taxisis do not know how to reach the hotel ...they usually go to a different hotel called LINE HOTEL instead of LINA HOTEL....I then understood in teh end that the past name of teh hotel was WALTON HOTEL...this should be given to Taxi drivers

Location, location, location. I travelled with my 80 year old mum this time. She was happy that the property had a lift and that she didn't have to walk far to reach Istiklal Street, the Metro or to get a taxi. We loved the decor and spacious room and bathroom as well as the lovely views. The attentiveness and hospitality of the management and staff were the cherry on the top.

There was nothing that we had reason to complain about. Perhaps the only thing is that the property could acquire a scale to check the weight of one's luggage before going to the airport as there are so many things that catch one's eye that you didn't intend to purchase.

The Lina Hotel Taksim Pera is a place I’ve stayed at on a number of my trips to Istanbul over the years whether on my own, with a girlfriend and recently with my 80 year old mum and it never fails to disappoint. It’s become like my home away from home. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel housed in a historical building where Paul Parma the Italian tailor of the Ottoman Palace and his family lived (but more importantly it does have a lift 😊). Centrally located in the Beyogulu district: around 300m from St. Anthony of Padua Church, 600m from the infamous Istiklal Shopping Street and Şişhane Metro and 300m from Nevizade Street (Nevizade Sokak) where the party is on any day of the week or season. The tasteful décor, oil paintings and parquet floors throughout the property lend a feeling of comfort and opulence blending in modern amenities such as free hi-speed Wifi, an iPod docking station, digital radio, fridge and the air conditioning and heating ensure that you’re comfortable when visiting during any season. A coffee machine, free bottled water and a kettle are also provided and one can enjoy beautiful sea and city views from the rooftop terrace. More importantly the property management understand Turkish “misafirperverlik” well. They are professional & hospitable and Mr. Murat is extremely efficient and goes out of his way to ensure that ones needs are met and that you feel at home.

There's nothing that I didn't like about the property, the location or the staff. The only downside is that I wasn't able to stay longer :(.

the location is not that good if you have a car, because there aren't any parking spots and there is not road IN front of the building. However, its very close to taksim street if that what you prefer.

The hotel is centrally located, the location is accessible to the most famous spots so that everyone can visit them! The staff and especially Murat are very helpful, friendly, willing to help you with the area and anything else we needed either in the hotel or outside the hotel! The building where the hotel is located is very old with its own history, it definitely needs some upgrades but it remains vintage which makes it unique in the area we stayed in!

it had a nice location.Near to taksim square and bus stop.20 minutes walk from havarbus station connecting you to airport.room was neat and well maintained.washroom was clean and taken care of.Had supportive staff,thanks to murad bey,the other two gentlemen and the cleaning lady.

it was a bit noisy at late night because of the near by pubs and disco but that is because of the location since you yourself would want to stay near tourist area.its bearable

- great, central location - spacious room with private bathroom and everything that we needed - amazing balcony view with soundproof windows - super nice staff, especially Murad - very nice and soft bedding - everything was very clean (cleaning lady came everyday) - efficient, yet not harsh air-conditioning

The property was responsive and prompt from the very beginning. The location is fantastic (just off Istiklal street). Rooms are spacious and well done up. I'd definitely stay here if I were visiting Istanbul again. Murat at the reception was helpful and kind and speaks and understands English... so yay!

The only reason one point is deducted is because we got locked out one night from our room and had to wait for some time and that housekeeping could be better. But really minor stuff. In case you have mobility issues there is a 2 minute walk to the hotel gate as it's located on a sidewalk on top of a subway hence your car cannot stop right at the gate. But this was not much of a problem even though I was with my aged parents.We had help from our driver with our luggage.

Location is perfect, within 5 minutes walk you can be in Istiklal Street, and 15 min walk to Taksim Street. The staff are super helpful and great, I arrived to the hotel with a Taxi from the airport, the taxi driver called the hotel to confirm the location, and since the hotel enterence is not on the main street, one of the staff members asked the driver to wait with me until he comes himself to help me with my lugage, even though it's just less than a minute walk. I met with Murat & Shahir from the staff and they were both so helpful. The room size was big, and there was always hot water in the shower. the room was really clean. Over all, I'm more than satisfied with the hotel.
