I enjoyed every single day of my Stay with Sala Suites. The location is great , central but away from noises on Istiklal Rd. The suites are neat and spotless and they do daily cleaning and room service. There is a 24/7 reception with exceptional staff that go above and beyond to help and make sure you have a great stay there. Special thanks to Ali and Abdullah for their kindness and hospitality. Will definitely return back

Amazing staff, great location, and super clean facilities. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They have daily cleaning service that left the suite sparkling clean every day. They even cleaned my baby’s bottles! Location is right on Istiklal street and ten minute walk from Taksim square. This was amazing for enjoying daily walks to shops and restaurants. We even walked fifteen mins to Galata tower. We will come back here for our future Taksim visits.

Nothing was bas really. Only thing to be aware of is that it takes 2 min walk from where taxi can drop u off. So make sure your luggage has wheels. The staff were also so nice and helped us with the luggage!

I stayed at this hotel for six nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping service is always prompt. I rented two suites facing each other, which made our stay even more convenient. Special thanks to Brother Ferhat, who was incredibly helpful with transportation arrangements. He is polite, kind, and cooperative, and he was always available whenever I needed assistance. Even after I returned home, he kindly checked on me and my family. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Turkey in the future. Highly recommended!

I just don't like that it's a thin facade drawer

The apartment was superb, exactly as shown on the pictures. It was spacious and with both the bedroom and living room fitted with an independent AC unit, staying here with scorching temps outside was quite pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The kitchen was fully equipped and as a testament to the level of detail Sala suites seems to pay attention to: even the chef's knife they provided was sharp.

Some doors in the apartment would not close unless you're really forcing them hard. I am a large person and really had to put in extra muscle strength to close the internal doors. My partner was not able to close the living room door. The door leading to the hallway/elevator (the one you put a key in to lock up the place) did close with great ease so it wasn't a big deal for us.

Great central location just off of Istiklal. Easy to get to from Taksim Square if you take the airport bus (about a 15 minute walk on flat surfaces.) 10-15 minutes walk in the other direction to the Galata Tower area. From there it’s easy to walk across the bridge to the other side to explore the famous sights. Given how central this location was, we walked everywhere and only took public transportation (the ferry) to get to the Asian side. Plenty of decent to good options for food within a 3-10 minute walk from the apartment. You can even get food delivered and of course, having a dining area and kitchen supplies makes it easy to eat at home. Kind, polite staff always present and ready to help at the front desk. Very responsive to requests via WhatsApp. Our suite on floor 2 was spacious and as depicted in the photos. Clean, modern, comfortable with a great firm mattress in the bedroom and plenty of hot water with good pressure in the spacious shower. We loved how it really felt like an apartment when you walked in - turn left for the bedroom and right for the dining area/living room - there was a good separation of the spaces which wasn’t too clear in the photos. The washing machine was great and laundry detergent was provided along with a large drying rack. We were there when it was getting cooler but the apartment is pretty well insulated and as such, we actually turned off the heaters and opened some windows. For those who like it warm, there are ample heaters. These windows also do a great job of keeping out the noise. We stayed for one week and it was only noisy on Friday and Saturday night, and only noticeable if you opened the window. It didn’t bother us though - some of the noise was pleasant jazz music. Smart TV worked well as did WiFi. Cleaning was done promptly every day (as long as you left the apartment of course) and bottled water is provided, although you can boil the tap water for tea/coffee/drinking.

About once a day the electricity would go out for 5-10 seconds randomly which for some reason would turn on the TV. Just weird and we never figured out why it did that.

Everything was perfect the suit was very suitable for our family the cleaning level was perfect they replaced everything we used immediately the suit had everything a family needs in a vacation the washing machine with the detergent ,the staff were super nice and helpful , istiqlal street is just next to it so you will find everything you need next to you .

The only problem was the taxi cant get to the street of the building its only a problem if you have alot of bags to carry but it was not a big deal because the staff helped us when we got there and when we were checking out the carried our bags to the taxi point

The apartment was nice, it was cosy, thankfully they offer baby cribs when booking and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location was good, kind of center of istiklal, making it in close proximity to galata and taksim Square, also not so far from galata port. If you need a parking spot when renting, there are 3 paid parking spots that are 5 minutes walking distance from sala suites. The metro is close by as well. You have eateries everywhere ofcourse and they close quite late.

if you're going to have an airport transfer towards the hotel make sure to go with a normal car and not a van as the road is too narrow to get to the hotel with a larger vehicle, if you need to go by a van you will need to carry the luggages to the hotel, thankfully the concierge were very helpful by helping to carry the luggages. It's a 2 minute walk if you drop off by van. I noticed the bathroom extractor was not working, maybe only that flat (room 101), and I do wish there was an option of microwave in the flat but overall its fine.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at SALA SUITES in Istanbul with my Family, from Nov 30 to Dec 7 and extented one more night and I can confidently say it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. The hotel staffs Mr. Ferhat, Mr. Roshan and another person, I forgot his name , all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with a warm smile and ready to assist with any request. Outstanding Seevice ...... The housekeeping team deserves special mention for their meticulous attention to detail. our room was always spotless and well-maintained. One of the standout features of SALA SUITES is its prime location. It is conveniently situated near all the main tourist attractions, making it easy to explore Istanbul's rich history and vibrant culture. Additionally, access to transportation and metro stations is superb, allowing for seamless travel throughout the city. Whether you want to visit the iconic Hagia Sophia, the bustling Grand Bazaar, or the beautiful Bosphorus, everything is just a short ride away. Overall, our stay at SALA SUITES was nothing short of perfect. The combination of outstanding service, housekeeping, and great location makes it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Istanbul. Nothing, Nothing

I visited off-peak but the accommodation was still excellent value for money - a very good sized suite with large bedroom, living room/kitchen and bathroom. The living room/kitchen was especially spacious with large comfy sofas and good sized coffee and dining tables. There was a small balcony connecting from the bedroom but, it being January, it was a bit chilly for me to use this. All the facilities were very modern and to a high standard. A special mention for the reception staff who were extremely helpful, pleasant, and couldn't do enough for me. It is much appreciated. The accommodation is in a great location, on a quiet street off a major tourist thoroughfare. There are lots of attractions and places of interest nearby as well as cafes, bars and restaurants.

There are really only a couple of minor things: 1. a corkscrew would be useful in the kitchen; 2. larger pillows (and more of them) in the bedroom

We had an amazing stay at Sala Suites when we visited Istanbul. The location of the hotel is perfect! It’s walking distance to many tourist attractions. While there isn’t free breakfast, there’s many amazing restaurants and cafes nearby! Because everything is walking distance, you get to save a lot of money on taxis and Ubers! The employees at this hotel are phenomenal! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable! Specifically, Nasser. When we first entered, he gave us a tour of our hotel room and demonstrated how to use the TV and other appliances. Throughout our stay, he gave us amazing recommendations of restaurants, tourists attractions, and other fun things to do! Whenever we had a problem, Nasser was always quick to help! My family and I cannot wait to return to Istanbul and stay at this hotel!

Two things that didn’t go well is that the smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. The boy working at night continuously came and tried to fix it, but it kept going off. Nonetheless, they tried their best to fix the issue! Also, the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working which left the room to get steamy.
