Convenient location of the hotel in the tourist center, close to the metro and buses to airports - within walking distance, clean room. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's service - they respond quickly to messages and are ready to help if needed. Another convenient thing is that after booking a room, the hotel sends a letter with a form for ordering a taxi online to the hotel. I ordered a taxi for my fiance - he arrived in Istanbul before me; he was met at the airport, having previously been sent detailed instructions on how to navigate the airport. I am grateful to the hotel for its service and assistance.

Sentire is a charming boutique hotel in an excellent location right in the heart of the main happening area of Taksim. The rooms are well maintained, the staff is warm and helpful, and the location is truly perfect for those who want to be in the center of the action.

However, there are a couple of practical considerations to keep in mind. After 9 AM, vehicles are not allowed to access the hotel directly, so if you’re arriving from the airport or elsewhere after that time, your car will drop you around 100 meters away. This can be inconvenient if you’re carrying large luggage. The hotel does try to assist with staff support, but it can still be a bit of a challenge. Additionally, given the hotel’s central location, some music and street noise may be heard in the rooms during the night, which could be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, it’s a stylish and well run hotel with a prime location just be prepared for a few minor logistical and noise-related compromises.

Loved the location. Staff very responsive. All the shops you could want are right on ur door, tram and metro steps away. Staff very helpful with bags and making additional tourist inquiries for me and bookings.

The only thing i could criticize was that you could hear music from a club until 4 am (i'm a light sleeper) But you are right in the center of Taksim St. Our kids slept through the night! Only other thing that would have been an issue for me personally was the flashing red light from the fire alarm... it was waking me up but luckily i had an eye mask with me, which fixed that issue for me.

I stayed there for 8 nights with my family, 60 years old parents and 16-22 daughters It was nice but if you’re travelling with a family i suggest not to stay at taxim square or istiklal 1- the hotel is very clean, and they offer a daily cleaning service 2- the room is beautiful and comfortable 3- the location is excellent, sometimes we arrive late at night and don’t feel like driving to a restaurant, but the hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants, so we can just walk to one 4- the street is lively and full of energy 5- the staff are very nice and helpful, and my dad loved them

First thing the photo of the outside of the hotel isn’t accurate, the photo if of the shop beside it and the hotel is not directly on the street 1- it doesn’t have a parking lot, but there is a 5 minutes walk parking lot. it wasn’t free but i don’t remember how much it was, probably about 15$ a day. 2- there are sounds from the clubs at night, for me i barely heared them once, they didn’t bother me at all but if you’re sensitive to sounds then they might bother you

Literally, eating, shopping is feet away. Kitchen, living area, bathroom, and bedrooms were clean - and good layout design. Staff professional and very helpful. Helped us locate 24-hour pharmacy late at night when we needed it. In addition they arranged for transport to and from airport and other locations. The staff is really your “google” when staying at Sentire.

Well - you cannot have everything; you cannot be in the very midst of a busy active night-life and expect peace at the same time. However, I do not view this as a fault of Sentire, it is just the location and Sentire has no control over its surroundings.

The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Taksim, making it easy to explore the city, enjoy shopping, and access public transport effortlessly. A special thanks to Hussain, the receptionist, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He, along with the rest of the team, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, kind, helpful and funny. Thank you Ferhat, Huseyin and Gurkin. We had landed early in the morning and arrived at 8 am. Our room was not ready yet, but they messaged us (I had been messaging them on booking.com prior to landing as I had some questions and they always give prompt responses!) on the app immediately once it was. They were the best hotel staff members we have had so far. Apart from offering us lots of suggestions and being patient with us, the entry host (Gurkin/Gurkln/Gurkan/Gurken we apologize as we were in a rush when we were trying to get his name) helped us with our luggage and walked us all the way to the uber pickup point which was about 5 minutes from the hotel on a bumpy road. Our room was very comfy and spacious. We had booked a room with a terrace, and chilling in the sun there was a bonus during our stay, which was during the transition from winter to spring. Besides, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel with such a great location (extremely close to a wide range of restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and tourist attraction points all in TAKSIM). Also, the kitchen equipment was very nice, so for travelers who prefer to make their own meals during their stay, this hotel is for you haha Seriously, staying in Sentire absolutely elevated the quality of our trip and made me consider moving to Turkiye simply because of how hospitable (game-changing level!) the staff members were. Super grateful! Will recommend Sentire and the team to my friends and family without question!!!

Great location right off Istiklal street. Super safe with locked entry from the street. Staff was exceptionally helpful- helped me figure out where to get flowers and cake for my moms birthday, helped us place a food order at a restaurant, and even sent their runner to pick up the food. Rooms were well equipped and super comfortable. Loved everything about this stay!

Have to make a short walk uphill from the taxi or car (no vehicles in the road in front of hotel). But it was minor and so worth it!

My family and I visit Istanbul frequently, and of all the places we have stayed there, Sentire Hotel was the best! The room is very spacious and comfortable, and exactly as shown and advertised on Booking. The room amenities were great. The staff are simply amazing, so welcoming and very helpful. I am recovering from a broken leg, and on our first day we asked them if they know of wheelchair rental places, just in case. The very next morning, and rather than simply provide us with the information, they actually brought a wheelchair which they kept available for me in case I needed it, at no additional cost! All the staff, without exception, were more than kind and welcoming. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable :)

There really is nothing negative about Sentire hotels. The one thing I would mention, but will stress that this is not about the hotel, is the noise from a nearby club at night. I think that the Beyoğlu Belediyesi should enforce regulations to minimise loud music past a certain hour.
