Amazing location, staff were very helpful in all our requests and supported us in all requests and advices.

Confortable room , no noise near to everything.. good housekeeping.. the best thing i really like it the guy in the reception he was very polite with us very helpful thank you about everything

Overall the staff was good, especially the middle-aged receptionist (unfortunately doesn't remember the name) was very helpful. He arranged a taxi for us, helped with the luggage, and escorted us to the taxi driver.

Room cleanliness was terrible, will never stay in the same hotel again. The mattress was with stains and as well was without cover hairs from previous guests were there, it was literally disgusting

We spent a perfect days stay in Hotel with very close to main attractions in Istiklal Street - Taksim Square - Galata Tower. It gain me a special feeling and unique experience

Istiklal Street is the most busiest and crowded place in Istanbul, so don’t expect a peaceful environment. But for us, it doesn’t even matter. Sometimes we like to hangout and stay in crowded. It gain me a special feeling and unique experience

The staff are great. Very helpful and understanding and they speak English. Location is perfect seconds from istiklal street. I even missed a delivery package and they kept it for me to be picked up later by my friend. I thank them for that.

the room was bigger than what i expected, the owner and the staff there were very helpful and very nice.

the breakfast is in a different location served by a café few blocks away, and it was not good ! the location is right above the Taksim street so it is a little noisy in the night !
