1. Location to Takism Square, Shopping, restaurants, transport, and museums is perfect for daily planning and access. 2. Staff and Management were very friendly, responsive and efficient. 3. Rooms were large, with comfortable beds and sitting area and bathrooms. All were very clean. Boutique Hotel interior. 4. Lifts and AC in great working order, especially needed during the warm week. 5. Breakfast was standard and served during 9 and 10 daily.

Unfortunately there is no open balcony, patio or city or garden views. Management made up for this by offering complimentary shuttle to the Airport. If you are in need of a great location to all the main areas the additional facilities may not be required. Booking.com and/Management to resolve the description of the facilities available accordingly.

if I can give more then 10 stars I will. The place is great, loved the high ceilings in the room. Everything was clean and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is awesome and very polite. Didn't catch their names but the gentleman in the suit is awesome he will even teach you some words on turkish :D The young man that works in the restaurant so polite and always smiling and many thanks to the main guy who arranged everything ( we loved the VAN that picked us up from the airport ) so grateful to all of you for making our first trip to Istanbul so pleasant. I am definitely recommending this place to everyone that wants to be in the heart of Taksim Square!

The personnel were very friendly and helpful, looks like they run the place with very few people and they do try their best. Price was very cheap, we paid 250€ for 6 nights with breakfast, which was served fresh and hot every morning. The ACs, heating and hot water worked well. And it is located right at the Istiklal street and for that matter it was actually quite quiet.

You can't open windows in the rooms really, but AC was working fine. The room description did not match the room we got, we got a sofa instead of the bed. And there were no smoke detectors, there was a smoke smell coming from time to time, so maybe some visitors are smoking in the rooms, it is probably a good idea to pay more attention to the fire safety.

The Staff is so friendly. The Location was amazing and close to Istiklal Street ( 30 seconds walking ) and 4 minutes Walking to Taksim Square. About the room was large and comfortable and all facilities is available.

Only the Outdoor Entrance need some Fixes and Improvements. Room & Services is good.

lovely hotel off the Main Street on Taksim square. nothing was too much trouble, I sent a message on booking.com for clean towels and the remote for the air con and it was up straight away. if you have young children this hotel is very noisy at night as there are a few clubs nearby and you can hear it until the early morning

no view from room just a brick wall with scaffolding. we were unable to open the window as there was a sewage smell when we did. the air con kept the room cool. we had 3 bedrooms and a fridge in the room, only 1 air conditioning unit worked.

Perfect location - 5 minutes from Taksim subway, in 1 minute from Istiklal. That’s very calm and quiet in the rooms. Here is an elevator. Breakfasts were tasty and nice. Staff is really perfect - very-very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

It was cold in the room, but we used air conditioner to heat and asked another one blanket - it became much warmer:)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The rooms are big, cozy, and very comfortable. The staff were super kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
