The room was looking out to Taksim square, I was afraid it would be too loud, but it was ok. The building is old and beautiful. Breakfast is rich with cheese varieties. You can order an omelet and a cup of Turkish coffee at the breakfast counter too. Location is fantastic. Very convenient, and yes, like others commented above - 10 minutes from the hotel there are buses going both to Istanbul and Sabiha Gokchen airports.

For some reason, in the beginning of April the room heater was not hot or even warm at all times. Twice it was very hot, but most of the time it just went ice cold, we were happy to have an AC on, but still just the heater would be much better. I understand, the building is old, like over one hundred years, and actually didn't complain about that, but for someone that would be a problem.

I just had to share my amazing experience booking family room number 101 for six people. It was simply fantastic! The room was incredibly comfortable, with two sofa beds and a double bed, all wonderfully clean. We couldn't have asked for more. The location was absolutely perfect, right near Taksim Square and facing Istiklal Street. It couldn't have been better situated. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Umut at the reception and Hossein, the breakfast service staff. Umut and his colleague (I'm sorry, I forgot the name) were incredibly helpful, ensuring our check-in went smoothly. They were so professional and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. And a special thank you to Hossein for making our mornings delightful with a delicious breakfast. Despite it being served at a separate building just a 2-minute walk away, it was well worth it, offering a wide variety of tasty options for everyone's palate.

The kitchen service was set up for only two people, however, when we asked for more items, they quickly provided them, so the issue was resolved. Also, the towel dryer in the bathroom wasn't functioning. It was a bit inconvenient, but it didn't have a major impact on our overall experience, especially considering the other positive aspects of our stay.

As usual an excellent stay at Triada. I especially like the private entrance right kn Istiklal St across from the French Institute. For location you can't beat this place. This time I had a 1br suite at the back of the building with a small Juliet balcony. Amazing view of the cathedral behind.

Kitchen could be outfitted with a bit more supplies for cooking simple things and reheating.

Being the first time in Taksim I booked the hotel for one night to ensure the hotel îs ok. The hotel has 3 buildings next to eaxh other. I arrived late at arround 11:30 pm and I was given the room on the building opposit reception on the 5th floor. The room was great, the only inconvenience was that there îs no elevator în that building. În the morning I went to the reception and ask to see some other rooms în the next building where the breakfast îs as i was planning to extend for 2 more nights. BIROL the receptionist went over and beyoung to ensure that I get the Best room from what was available. S-o I extended for another 2 night . The hotel îs clean and the rooms are very spatiouse( at least the category I Booked). The bathrooms are renovated. The breakfast room și cute and cozzy and has a beautifful terase. The gentleman there îs very helpfull and the service îs TOP

The only suggestion I Will make îs for breakfast to have some more opțions on internațional offers like salami, ham etc....if you stay for 1 night the breakfast îs perfect but for 3 nights was a bit Less option

After I booked the hotel, I read some terrible reviews, and I instantly regretted it. When I got to the hotel, I was given the annex on the 5th Floor without the elevator. 1) The staff is very kind and sweet. 2) Daily Housekeeping services. And the housekeepers were lovely. 3) Everything was clean. 4) Amazing view from the balcony. 5) Heating system - Perfect 6) If you close the balcony door at night, you can sleep peacefully. 7) It’s literally on Istiklal street, which is fantastic. 8) Room service - Best 9) Yes, I had to climb the stairs, and I’m not a fit person, even though I’m young, but youngsters like me can do it without any problem. In fact, it’s good exercise after eating too much, lol 10) I loved everything, despite all the bad reviews I read. I’m definitely coming back! p.s. sharing the pictures of the view from my room.

we were 2 adults and 2 kids, so for me the location is 10/10 if you want it on istaklal street. rooms were bigger as i took executive room. so location and the staff were amazing.

if only the windows were sound proof. every single police siren, guys singing, or people fighting. all night i could hear it. and they need to put more curtains to cover the windows during day time as it becomes too light and you cannot sleep. breakfast was in another building and we had to go there with kids in morning. other than that it was all good

Location is very good. It was very comfortable to visit all interesting places. There are too many cafes near hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable to stay. Great staff allow to check in earlier than 14.00 and leave our baggage after check out.

The lift had some issues in my building. It stopped in wrong positions and the door wouldn't open.
