Great location, very close to Taksim Square but away from all the noise

Not a critique of the hotel itself, but just a warning - the hotel arranged a taxi for me for a fixed price (which was paid directly to the hotel), but after getting to the airport the driver tried to convince me that the fixed price didn't include any tolls and asked for an extra 200 lira - he quickly backed down when I asked to pay with card so that I could be issued with a receipt.

Our stay at Trinity Hotel in Istanbul was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and excellent service. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the 360-degree rooftop terrace—the view was simply magnificent! Watching the sunset over Istanbul while enjoying a drink was an unforgettable experience. You get a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, making it a must-visit spot during your stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Istanbul, making it easy to explore top attractions, restaurants, and shops.

After visiting Istanbul 20 times and staying at a different hotel each time, I can confidently say that this is the best and nicest hotel I've experienced. When I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, Ismail welcomed me so warmly and even offered me a hot drink. The staff constantly asked what they could do to assist me. They printed documents for me and guided me with everything I needed. The hotel's location is excellent—very close to Taksim Square—yet it remains incredibly quiet, with no noise disturbances at all. You can enjoy a completely peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, there is a police station about 30 meters from the hotel, making it one of the safest places to stay. I also really appreciated the fact that there’s a vegetarian restaurant just 20 meters away from the hotel. I enjoyed every moment and will definitely come back!

The Trinity Hotel is located in Taksim with easy access to the metro (Taksim Station) or taking the funicular to the Tram line. The hotel is located just off Istikal Cadessi, which is one of Istanbul's busiest shopping streets. The staff were friendly and helpful. What I loved most was the cleanliness of the rooms.

The only thing I did not like was the size of the room, however I knew this when doing the booking. In addition I've stayed in other hotels in Istanbul and the rooms size were similar, so it's a general Instanbul/European thing to have smallish rooms

Friendly, helpful staff. Ideal location close to public transport (metro, tram, boat) and airport transfers (Havaist bus). 2 minutes walk to Istikal street, 5 minutes to Taksim Square and less than 30 minutes to Galata Bridge and Besiktas.

Thin walls so not ideal for light sleepers. Can hear people in other rooms and elevator going up & down.

We had a beautiful room with large balcony and amazing view of the blue mosque and city skyline. Very good location for Chihangir, Galata and Taksim. Beautiful roof terrace. New hotel with well equipped, modern rooms. Not huge but big enough for a short stay. Reception staff, particularly Ata, were exceptional - helpful, friendly and looked after us very well. Ata gave us lots of help and advice with taxis, restaurants and places to visit which we are very grateful for.

Very small property with no space for a proper bar or breakfast area. If you are not good at walking up hills then you might find the location challenging.

Great location near Taksim Square, with easy access to the city. Impeccable cleanliness — one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The rooftop view was absolutely stunning, with incredible panoramic views of Istanbul. Truly breathtaking!

The room was extremely small, which was a bit surprising. Noisy neighbors, and the doors had a system where they had to be pulled shut, causing a loud noise in the poorly insulated rooms. Our neighbors kept going in and out, disturbing us with both their noise and the slamming doors.

The hotel is new, and lobby / rooms are very clean. The staff are extremely helpful. The location is perfectly situated (1-2 mins from the main street, yet very quiet and peaceful). I'd be glad to stay here again when I next visit Istanbul. The roof top terrace was not that much in use when we stayed, but was open to use, and it has amazing view of the busy Taksim Square. Nice to take a coffee up there on a morning and a glass of wine on the evenings. Thanks again to the amazing staff, and thanks for making our stay a wonderful one.

I wouldn't say there was things I didn't like. If I was going to give some constructive feedback: I could advise the elevator is a little on the small size, but fine to use for 2 people, and the reception would take care of your luggage separately. The room service looked great in the menu, with a good selection to cater for many cultures, although I'd say that the price was on the expensive side, so we didn't bother to use it, and simply went to many other food / drink places in the area (and there are 100's at half the price).

The location is in the heart of Taksim!!! The Hotel and room is so super clean throughout , the beds are very comfortable , the shower was super impressive and all the staff from room services to front desk are so friendly and provide exceptional customer service with a smile😀😀😀

The rooms a little small but you soon forget this due all the other things that are more important such as the quality of the room and overall cleanliness not to mention that shower & location again 😀😀😀

Truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel! - daily housekeeping, restocked fridge with water, amenities at the bathroom - great help from the receptionists with sightseeing and places to eat. Friendly and ready to assist in case of anything - cozy atmosphere at the lounge by the reception. - warm turkish tea served. - beautiful views from their terrace overseeing the city - location 10/10, very close to the Metro station and other public transportation - you can walk anywhere if you need something urgently - grocery store a few steps further - well organized transfer from/ to the airport at a reasonable rate

- room a bit too small but for 1 pax or a couple is just fine, cozy, with all the necessities
