Great location, very close to Taksim Square but away from all the noise

Not a critique of the hotel itself, but just a warning - the hotel arranged a taxi for me for a fixed price (which was paid directly to the hotel), but after getting to the airport the driver tried to convince me that the fixed price didn't include any tolls and asked for an extra 200 lira - he quickly backed down when I asked to pay with card so that I could be issued with a receipt.

Our stay at Trinity Hotel in Istanbul was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and excellent service. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the 360-degree rooftop terrace—the view was simply magnificent! Watching the sunset over Istanbul while enjoying a drink was an unforgettable experience. You get a breathtaking panoramic view of the city, making it a must-visit spot during your stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Istanbul, making it easy to explore top attractions, restaurants, and shops.

After visiting Istanbul 20 times and staying at a different hotel each time, I can confidently say that this is the best and nicest hotel I've experienced. When I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, Ismail welcomed me so warmly and even offered me a hot drink. The staff constantly asked what they could do to assist me. They printed documents for me and guided me with everything I needed. The hotel's location is excellent—very close to Taksim Square—yet it remains incredibly quiet, with no noise disturbances at all. You can enjoy a completely peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, there is a police station about 30 meters from the hotel, making it one of the safest places to stay. I also really appreciated the fact that there’s a vegetarian restaurant just 20 meters away from the hotel. I enjoyed every moment and will definitely come back!

We recently stayed at the Trinity hotel in Istanbul and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore the city. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service—especially from the receptionist, Erhan. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was offering local tips or assisting with our plans, Erhan made our stay feel even more special. Highly recommend this place, thanks to staff like him!

The Trinity Hotel is located in Taksim with easy access to the metro (Taksim Station) or taking the funicular to the Tram line. The hotel is located just off Istikal Cadessi, which is one of Istanbul's busiest shopping streets. The staff were friendly and helpful. What I loved most was the cleanliness of the rooms.

The only thing I did not like was the size of the room, however I knew this when doing the booking. In addition I've stayed in other hotels in Istanbul and the rooms size were similar, so it's a general Instanbul/European thing to have smallish rooms

Great location near Taksim Square, with easy access to the city. Impeccable cleanliness — one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The rooftop view was absolutely stunning, with incredible panoramic views of Istanbul. Truly breathtaking!

The room was extremely small, which was a bit surprising. Noisy neighbors, and the doors had a system where they had to be pulled shut, causing a loud noise in the poorly insulated rooms. Our neighbors kept going in and out, disturbing us with both their noise and the slamming doors.

We had a beautiful room with large balcony and amazing view of the blue mosque and city skyline. Very good location for Chihangir, Galata and Taksim. Beautiful roof terrace. New hotel with well equipped, modern rooms. Not huge but big enough for a short stay. Reception staff, particularly Ata, were exceptional - helpful, friendly and looked after us very well. Ata gave us lots of help and advice with taxis, restaurants and places to visit which we are very grateful for.

Very small property with no space for a proper bar or breakfast area. If you are not good at walking up hills then you might find the location challenging.

I had a lovely stay at Trinity Hotel Taksim! The location is perfect, and the rooftop offers an amazing view of the entire city. Rasul was an awesome host—super friendly—and Erhan was also very kind and professional. I stayed in the economy room, which was a bit small, but perfect for sleeping and resting. Overall, everything was great, and I definitely recommend this place. Thanks a lot for the warm hospitality!

Really central location with the most beautiful rooftop area - one of the best we saw in Istanbul and amazing to have it in the hotel! We asked for a room upgrade on the first night and Resul was super helpful and gave us a discounted deal on the top room - one of the best we have ever stayed in, highly recommend paying a little more for it! Erhan on reception was also really friendly, and it was a brilliant experience overall.

We did not have breakfast, so not applicable. The design of the room and the hotel itself was very elegant, classy and beautiful. Lovely furnishings, very comfortable bed with quality linen were all appreciated. We enjoyed the hotel very much, and all staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was a little on the small side but all the above made up for that.

We liked everything, absolutely nothing to dislike.
