The hotel was very nice in every sense. The biggest advantage was that the location was so close to tourist attractions and yet away from chaos. I understand that the hotel was newly built because all the furniture was brand new and that's why I felt very good. Also, everything was very good in terms of hygiene. Sheets and towels were very clean, this is the most important thing in a hotel for me. The locations recommended by the hotel staff to visit during my stay were very nice and all the employees were friendly. Thank you for this experience.

An amazing and beautiful hotel by all standards. The cleanliness exceeded description, with new furnishings and a fantastic view. Its location is excellent, in the same Taksim area, no need for a car – everything you need is within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, markets, a vibrant neighborhood. The staff is incredibly respectful, courteous, and accommodating. They are quick to respond to any request. I highly and strongly recommend it.

I had a great stay at Hubsuite. The room was clean, comfortable, and of very good quality—especially for the price, which is one of the best I’ve found. The location is central and very convenient for getting around. Good food places around very close to Taskim Square like 5 min walk , neat metro. The host doesn’t speak fluent English, but we managed fine using Google Translate. He was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. One thing to note: there’s no lift (elevator), so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to carry it up. That said, for the price and service, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommended. Beds were really comfortable.

Nothing really one thing we didn’t like is smoking across town not specifically to where we stayed, glad hotel had non smoke rooms

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, very close to the city center, making it easy to explore Istanbul. It’s definitely worth the money, offering great value for the price. The staff was amazing—very helpful and kind. They assisted us with our luggage, and the the receptionists even went to the supermarket to get a needle and thread for us after we asked if they had any. That level of service was truly appreciated! As a group of three girls traveling together, we felt very safe throughout our stay. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made sure we were comfortable. We will definitely come back next time we visit Istanbul!

Perfectly located, close to Taksim square and Istiklal street where we spent most of our evenings. Nearest tram stop was a 10 min walk away (Tophane) which is right by Galataport. No issues with noise and it felt really safe. Corner shop for snacks/barber/cafes close by which was very convenient. The room was really spacious compared to other listings for the same price I’ve seen on Booking.com. The aircon was a life saver. Everything was clean and neat. Owners/staff were really friendly and helpful! Overall a really good choice

The location was great very near to taksim square and isteklal street, the room was super clean and it’s a new hotel.

The bidet didn’t work properly, rooms are not soundproof at all there is a huge gap between the door and the floor.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was immediately struck by the blend of luxury and warmth that the place exuded. The lobby was elegantly designed, combining sophistication with simplicity, featuring soft lighting and calming music that created a serene atmosphere. The check-in process was swift and seamless, and the staff were attentive to all my needs, offering a warm smile and welcoming words that made me feel right at home.

We were originally booked at Hub Suite but due to an issue with the room we checked-in and were rebooked to Hub Inn Pera (10 minutes walk, but they offered a free taxi). Staff was extremely accommodating with the change and no issues at all. The area was even better and right in the middle of the main street in Taksim. I have been to Istanbul five times and this was my favorite area I have stayed. Room was very good and had all of the standard amenities.

Nothing. Fantastic stay. Most reviews complain about the stairs (the place does not have a lift), but unless you packed a significant amount of luggage this shouldn't be an issue.

The hotel is located perfectly. 5 minutes of walking distance to Taksim square and 3 minutes to Istiklal street. It is not on extreme elevation as many hotels in Istanbul, so it is easy to walk here after long day. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Rooms are very coisy and clean. Quite spaceful for its price. In general, we researched lots of hotels at this price range and this one is by far the best we could find. There is no elevator, which is common in these type of hotels, but staff was very kind to help us move our luggage. Strongly recommend, perhaps will visit once more

I loved my staying at the Hub suite. Located in Taksim it is a great area to stay in as your close to all the attractions and sights. Your a 4min walk away from Isitikal Street where you can enjoy some food and do some shopping if you wish. Thank you to Burak and the team at Hub suite for their wonderful hospitality. I will definitely be back again! The room was amazing. Super clean and the TV was my favourite! I was able to watch many films.

The only thing I would bear in mind is that there is no elevator. So, if your staying on the top floors in might be tricky. Especially if you're travelling with kids. Apart from that it is a wonderful place.
